I am very happy with this company and with Raman. He was the third quote I got after being swindled and smooth talked by two big-box drain companies with HUGE quotes. Raman said, Here's my quote, better than theirs, I'll have it done right away, done and done. SO efficient and capable and professional. I trust him and DrainPro's hundreds of great reviews. You don't get so many great reviews by not being great!

I'm beyond happy with Watertite's workmanship! Sharif and his partner did an excellent job at my house. I've contacted several plumbers for updating the galvanized plumbing in my house, and of the few that actually came out and wrote a bid, Sharif actually followed through and was prompt. His bid was also the most affordable and he was the most available. Extremely pleasant to work with, and outstanding customer service. When issues arose, he was quick to solve them. He offered a small discount for scheduling delays that were out of his control, but I opted for installation assistance instead, to which he was more than happy to help me with. Sharif went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the best service. He is very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work and service. I definitely recommend him if you are in King or Pierce County.

Rick came up with a novel solution to my friend's ponding problem. He suggested a concrete cutter could do it for under $400.00 and he would waive his overhead. Regardless, he called the cutter to make sure of the cut. Ingenious solution to an otherwise expensive problem. I'm writing to thank him as the alternative involved me doing a lot of digging!

When our sewer backed up into the basement they came right away, found the problem, dug down to the blockage that couldn't be moved, removed the huge tree roots from the pipe and then lined it. The entire crew were friendly and professional. I will definitely call them again if I ever need to.

Our sewer backed up the day before Thanksgiving and David and crew came in the day after Thanksgiving and cleared our sewer and then installed a liner. The whole crew is great, professional very responsive and helpful, they even loaded a generator into a trailer for me. These guys are very responsible and very responsive. We are doing a renovation of a large scope. We are a logistical challenge for these guys because we are on opposite ends of the county. They have always met their time commitments or given ample notice when things had to change. As we all know, we do not live in a perfect world and things sometimes go wrong. This job is no different. But, here is the proof of their commitment. They have taken responsibility when that happened and come a long distance to make things right and without complaint or dragging their heels. I have seen plenty of folks that would simply falter in their commitment. Not these guys.

They are always pleasant and upbeat. They make suggestions about better ways to do things. This has been an exceptional experience. We probably will never need to do something like this again, but if we did we would call them.

just talked to these guys. they wanted $79 just to show up. I asked if it would then go towards the job. Nope! I don't even know them or the price, why would I just give them $79? Hey said, dude it costs $100 for a piece of plywood. obviously we are not a good fit. good bye.
