Best Plumber Repair in Santa Ana CA

Called Tweedy to unclog a pipe that was causing a back up. They temporarily unclogged the pipe but a few weeks later the problem re occurred causing a huge mess.

When I called them back to come and fix it properly they wanted to charge me like I was an entirely new customer (no discount, no responsibility whatsoever) and only wanted to talk about all the potential issues that could be causing this. I didn't care about that, I'm not a plumber, I called them to fix it not lecture me on various plumbing issues!!!!!!

They clearly did not properly fix the problem correctly the first time. In my opinion these guys are a bunch of bandits.

Their initial assessment is $85 but I ended up paying over $400 for a job that wasn't properly performed. I've learned my lesson, I will never use them again.

Bottom line, they didn't fix my problem. They take no accountability for their incompetance. These guys are a joke.....and yes...I am happy to share my experience with others, especially when they don't stand behind their work. Great talkers lousy plumbers.

You never know what your going to get with a plumbing company, we called Barker and Son after a quick web search. Courteous and friendly phone service. We had an inside wall leak, Orlando and Easton showed up early next morning professional and ready to work. Gave a no nonsense price and went to work. Both were very friendly. Quality of workmanship was superb but it was the personal demeanor the two showed. Too bad more companies don’t have employees like these two, as the calmed our nerves and left us with a smile.

Mike W. was super kind and informative helping me understand where along the pipe the leak is, how far it runs and his plan of action to remedy the broken pipe.

I have been using J&M plumbers for over 2 years now, they are prompt , honest and the moat important thing is that they know what they are doing. He did such as great job that we had him come back the next day to do our master bedroom's bathroom.

We had a clogged sink that another plumbing company tried to charge us $1000 to fix with a hydrojet. Acute came out to look at it and found that there was actually no issue, and then did not even charge us for it. An honest plumber who didn't try to upsell or even charge us. We will definitely be calling them again!

We appreciated his transparency and dedication to make sure we were taken care of. The crew minimized making obvious holes in the walls, and the patching crew did an amazing job. We sleep easy now, knowing we aren't going to wake up to a leak in the wall or floor, and our water system is dependable and safe.
