Barker and Sons Plumbing serviced my water heater needs. The call center was courteous and informative. Daniel, my technician, was amazing. He was on time, communicative, informative, available, professional, and patient. I ended up having a water heater and a breaker issue which required Daniel to come back twice. Daniel was able to take me through all of my options, provofe recommendations, and see things through resolution. They're a little more pricey but my piece of mind was worth it. I got the membership so I know I'm in good hands. Definitely recommend Barker and Sons.3 months later, I called Barker and Sons to check my water heater because it didn't seem to be staying as hot as before (winter months). James and William came out, addressed my concerns, educated me, and was very nice and didn't rush. I appreciate this kind of service and still recommend Barker and Sons for your plumbing needs!

A Coast Plumbing tech worked on my faulty water heater and was knowledgeable enough to explain various options and scenarios to address it. I opted for a replacement after being pleasantly surprised at the low cost and the fact he could replace it the same day. Amazing service - same day!!! I had the same experience before, so leaking water under the foundation is a real headache. This time, the water bill increased by 50%, and I found out that water was leaking somewhere again, and I heard a leak in the laundry room. Among several plumbers, I selected and called Evans Leak Detection, which has a good reputation, and to my surprise, Ron set up a schedule right away. Due to my mistake, I had to reschedule, and Omar, who had a lot of experience, came and pinpointed the leak in a surprisingly quick time and bypassed it to the wall in a quick time without breaking the concrete, and neatly solved the problem. The price was also very good with an average flat charge. Evans Leak Detection is also recommended for those with problems.

Ben was amazing!!! Ben was really friendly and professional and definitely recommend him to anyone who is having issues. I had an issue with my toilet and he took his time to listen to the issues I had and understood exactly what they were and gave his professional advice with several options to choose from. He explained in detail of all the options and what to expect making sure we fully understood. There were no rushing to get quick answers and really gave us time to think about it.
It was my first time calling a plumber so I was nervous about it but talking to Ben was very reassuring.

One of the best experiences that I have had with any plumbing company. They Repipes my entire home and with paint and patch up in 2 and 1/2 days.
They are a big team and they work as a unit. They know what walls to open to minimize the drywall repairs. They quickly repaired and painted their work. I called them one or two times for minor cosmetic issues and they came right away to repair and took responsibility. Very professional.
They promised the time, they exactly did what they said, they planned so we still have water and we were not getting disturbed by the scope of the project. Honest, professional, responsible and great value.

I got reminder calls and texts and Tony Dam showed up on time for a free service inspection. He spent 2 hours assessing issues with our old AC system that had stopped working. Even being way over usual time, there was no charge.

He was able to do a patch to get it going temporarily. He called me 3 times to explain what he was finding and doing and was super patient with my questions until I got clarity on what was broken and why it wasn’t a simple fix.

In the end he gave me repair and replacement options with over a page of typed comments and his recommendations. This helped me get other quotes - but found that the prices they gave were very competitive.

A day later when I had questions Tony answered my text on a Sunday. They really care about customers and getting issues handled ASAP.

I plan to do more business with Dial One for my other properties and feel lucky to have such a competent service team to work with.
