I called towards the middle of the day and the plumber came at the end of his work day. Very professional. Very kind disposition even though he was headed home at the time of my call. Mason is fantastic. He has helped me with several plumming related issues at my home. Today, I came home to a massive leak in my kitchen and was panicked. My water valve was corroded so I could not turn off the water in the kitchen and my refrigerator was leaking. The wonderful people at Carlson had a plumber at my home within 20 minutes. Mason fixed the valve and the link very quickly and efficiently. The cost was more than reasonable. This company does not gouge you. The most reliable, trustworthy plumbers around. Five stars.

Carlson plumbing did a great job clearing a blocked drain.

Performed all build out and final plumbing requirements for kitchen remodel including refrigerator ice maker interconnect, sink replacement supporting 5 devices, gas stove connection, pot filler water connection above stove, outside gas connection for side yard Barbecue and gas line repair for fireplace. Highly recommended. Were on time, extremely efficient with professional personnel managed by Kyle Mann. Carlson Plumbing is hIghly recommended.

Mason came by and took care of the issue quickly, and provided helpful suggestions to prevent future issues. This is the only company I will ever call.

These guys are awesome! So glad to finally find them from a referral to put a sleeve in our sewer pipe. It is so very hard to find a legit company who is this thorough and honest. Can't believe the quality of work for about half the price of what other companies quoted. Putting in a sleeve is apparently not common, so there's a lot of companies out that that will price-gouge you because they can. Brandon, Ryan, and a big crew who worked on our pipes for 2 solid days are top notch. I'm spreading the word about Carlson Plumbing! They can handle a lot of jobs it seems. I will consider them first in the future.

Carlson Plumbing is comprised entirely of consummate professionals. From scheduling, to communication, punctuality, and high-quality work, I cannot recommend them enough. It is refreshing to work with a company which takes pride in every aspect of their business and places a strong emphasis on customer service as well as follow through. If all of the above was not enough, the odds of one of the team members making you smile (or laugh) are quite high. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service! They took care of my plumbing issues and left everything clean ND tiddy.

Things didn't go as anticipated...but Kyle kept his cool, worked diligently around a lot of obstacles and he got the drain cleared. He was careful and thorough.

I had a high water bill at a vacant property which pointed to a leak somewhere. I had narrowed the location to a water line in the backyard, but needed the pros to find the source and fix it. I had multiple plumbers come by and provide estimates, but Carlson was the only company that immediately identified the problem (open sprinkler valve). While other companies wanted a few hundred dollars just to investigate and locate the leak, Carlson tightened the loose valve and charged a $125 service fee. After addressing the issue, they hung around to make sure the leak had stopped and also went inside to check for other possible leaks before heading out to their next job. It was probably the easiest call they've had in a while and my problem was resolved thanks to Carlson's plumbers seeing what others missed. Hopefully, I won't need their service for a while, but if I am ever in need of a plumber again, Carlson will be the first one I call.

They verified we may need to pour concrete & install a newer outdoor drain to the patio. Built in 1976 - outdated drain. Depending on what the owner wants to do, they will be back to fix a new modern drain. They video their job & the crew is great & explains everything. Very polite! Thank you!

I totally would (and I think I already have..) recommend Carlson Plumbing. Brandon and his crew are the nicest, most professional fellas out there. They were up front about all costs, worked quickly and respectfully in my house. They replaced our main water line along with various other plumbing issues we had when we first bought our house 4 years ago. I know absolutely zero about plumbing, but I DO know we’ve had not one issue with our plumbing since Carlson plumbing has been here. They even did a super fantastic job of putting my yard back together after they had to gut it to reach the main water line, I was very impressed all around with these guys. You will be too!!

Carlson plumbing has done work for me Three times. Every time has been a good experience. They are knowledgeable, They fixed my main sewer line (at work). I got several other bids for this big job and Carlson was the most reasonable one I received. They work quickly and clean up properly. Recently they fixed a lot of issues: pun in new bathtub fixtures & replaced two sink faucets. They are a Five Star company. I recommend.

I have had them work on two of my homes on 4 different occasions, twice was a faucet replacement, once was a clogged drain and now again I need them to replace a toilet and faucet in a bathroom. They are very responsive, on time, and always do quality work.
I never had to call them back for leaks or issues that came up after their installations which I have had with other companies. Fair in their pricing, I like the the company owner responds himself and is involved in the business. I had him and others work on my homes, all are amazing. Highly recommend them for any plumbing projects you may need for your home or office.

Ryan and Ricardo went above and beyond the call of duty in repairing the valves in our master bathroom and then checking out the guest bathroom, replacing the main valve in the toilet and unstopping the sink. Both men were polite, personal and well-qualified to get the job finished. We are more than pleased and will use this company again if we have plumbing problems.

Carson is highly rated and deservedly so. They answer calls quickly and got here on time. Their guys are skilled and get to the problem and solution quickly. We had a slab leak that was taken care of within a few hours and for a fair price.

My mom’s plumbing started backing up right after she had gotten home from the hospital. We called Carlson Plumbing in the late afternoon and they had their team at her house first thing the next morning to hydro jet and use their snake camera to assess the situation. They got her plumbing working immediately and came back a few days later to scour and line the 60 year old decaying pipes with epoxy. They also replaced a toilet that had never worked very well and gave us excellent recommendations for a high rated Toto toilet that would fit in the tight space. They were very easy to work and communicate with. We will only be calling Carlson Plumbing in the future! Highly recommend!
