Victor was professional and found and repaired the leak quickly. Unfortunately, his dispatcher didn’t get him the call info in a timely manner and he arrived 3 1/2 hours after the call was initially made and 90 minutes after the estimated arrival time. Lots of additional water damage because of this.

He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. We used Simpex for a whole home RE-pipe. Our sales person Dante was informative and answered all my questions. The day of the RE-pipe Edgar, Brandon and the rest of the large team were friendly, professional, on time, thorough with their walk through at completion, and cleaned up after themselves. I was thoroughly pleased with the whole process. They completed my 3400 sq ft home in one day. I have 3 bathrooms, laundry sink, bar sink, water to fridge, and to pasta filler. Day 2, the patch and texture crew came in and did a great job matching some tough textures. I have no problem highly recommending Simpex. For the record, I met with 4 other companies that did not meet my discriminating taste.
