Derek arrived at our home and quickly evaluated the plumbing problem. He carefully redesigned a new pipe configuration. With Raul joining him, they opened up the drywall and installed new pipe and new connectors to correct a sewer backup. Reaching out to Shafer Plumbing was a smart decision. The Shafer plumbing guys were friendly, diligent, really seemed to know their job and didn't leave any mess. They arrived when expected and quickly got us converted from a tank water heater to a tankless and back to enjoying hot water again.

Shafer plumbing has done many jobs at our house and a host of our family's and friends homes. They are very honest, reliable and stand behind their work.

We've used Shafer for about 3 years after they did a great job putting in a new hot water heater for our home. Our previous plumber had just retired and I was thrilled when I found out Shafer is a complete service plumbing company. No matter the job they work with you to get the right technician to the house as quickly as possible. This week Taylor arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, did the outside part of the job first and then came in the house (used booties without being asked), finished quickly and left the place spotless. Plus he's the nicest guy and clearly knows his stuff. I would recommend Shafer to anyone.

I’ve used Shafer Plumbing for over 25 years. They have without question been the best plumber I’ve ever used. I’m a contractor and they’ve done complete repipes. Kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, outdoor kitchens, sewer repairs, camera work, and many many service calls for single fix items. I’ve referred Shafer when anyone calls needing a plumbing referral. Great people, honest, no surprises, no upselling, just solid plumbing service every time. Can’t say enough good about them. You won’t be disappointed.

My apartment building's maintenance worker contacted this company. And within an hour Jesus & Sal were here and fixed a kitchen sink & bathroom problem in less than an hour. AND they cleaned up. VERY FAST & FRIENDLY. GREAT WORK.

Our water heater stopped producing hot water so I initially called our home warranty service. Not only did they wanted to charge $75 just to inspect the system, but their contractor was completely booked for a month. We have 4 kids, so that was not an option. I called Shafer Plumbing, who came the next day and inspected our water heater for free and when it had to be replaced, they replaced it in a couple of days (mostly because I returned their call late in the day). I highly recommend their service. We have used and trusted their service for more than a decade over several properties and not only are they highly competent, they are quick to respond and their prices are very reasonable.

I can't say enough good things about Shafer Plumbing. After calling them to get a second opinion on a leaky pipe, they sent a plumber within one hour. Their estimate was nearly $200 cheaper than our first estimate from a different plumbing company. Raul, our plumber, was quite friendly and professional. He gave a courtesy call before showing up, came on time, walked us through each step of the repair, and cleaned up after himself. He even willingly took a look at some other light plumbing repairs. After he left, he texted us a summary of his repairs, and a personal reference for the drywall. Communicating with the office and billing department was easy and seamless. 5 stars + for Shafer plumbing.

My kitchen sink was backed up and could not be used, it was right before the weekend and I needed it fixed asap; they worked with me regarding what time I would be home, they very responsive, efficient and professional, they left everything clean and working great! I would highly recommend this company. They were recommended by a friend, I have used their services twice and have not been disappointed.
