Very upfront about costs, time to fix and showed me step by step what they were doing. Very professional team, never felt like they were selling me something i really didnt need. Have used Jacot plumbing service 3 times since we moved to Garden Grove. Each time I asked them to come out to check out a problem, they always gave me a fast answer and always showed up on time. I can't say enough good things about Shafer Plumbing. After calling them to get a second opinion on a leaky pipe, they sent a plumber within one hour. Their estimate was nearly $200 cheaper than our first estimate from a different plumbing company. Raul, our plumber, was quite friendly and professional. He gave a courtesy call before showing up, came on time, walked us through each step of the repair, and cleaned up after himself. He even willingly took a look at some other light plumbing repairs. After he left, he texted us a summary of his repairs, and a personal reference for the drywall. Communicating with the office and billing department was easy and seamless. 5 stars + for Shafer plumbing.

If I could leave less than 1 star i would. These are the biggest scam artists ever. They charged me 700 and my plumbing was backed up with 12 hours again. I had to call a different plumber with CGS they had it fixed in 20 mins for a 3rd of the cost and it has never given me a problem again. I asked Roto Rooter for a refund or partial refund being I am a single mom and they said we don't feel like we should refund anything.
