My experience with this business was nothing short of amazing. We had a horribly burst pipe and many issues with leaking throughout the house. I noticed a leak coming from the roof/wall in the kitchen. I immediately figured it was a leaking pipe in the wall, so I shut off water to the house. After searching online and calling numerous plumbing companies I set up multiple appointments for the following day. The next day, Chris R. from Scott English Plumbing was the first appointment I had scheduled. And what a relief it turned out to be! From the beginning Chris was very professional and upfront about everything. He looked at the location of the leak but without being able to actually see into the wall he informed me that he’d have to run some test. Which was fine by me. First, he used a pressure gauge on the main water valve and was able to confirm that there were no leaks in the main water supply pipes. So he concluded it would most likely be a leak in a pipe for either an upstairs shower, sink, or toilet. He tested the hallway bathroom first by running water in each appliance one at a time. The shower and faucet checked out fine. However, after flushing the toilet three times he was able to recreate the leak that was occurring! So he narrowed down the issue to the hallway toilet. He then removed the toilet and ran water directly down the piping, which resulted in no leak! Which had me a bit confused. However, Chris R. quickly informed me that the leak was probably due to the toilet not having a proper seal on it and that it wasn’t seated properly. So he replaced the wax seal that was underneath the toilet then reseated it. Afterward, we flushed the toilet multiple times and the leak had stopped!!! He then proceeded to check the other upstairs bathroom just to make sure. No problems there! I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently Chris R. was able to find and fix the problem. He didn’t try to price gouge or recommend any unnecessary work that would cost me a small fortune. He simply went about his work in a very calculated and professional manner. I will definitely recommend Scott English Plumbing to others in the future, but even more so I will recommend Chris R.!

Vinnie was extremely professional and went the extra mile to accommodate all homeowners needs. The highest in five star services and repairs were available and accomplished. Vinnie also is committed to assisting me with a major line issue involving an adjacent unit. He has checked for any future valve concerns, in which I would like to have him involved in because of his familiarity with the issue. He is top notch!

We had a kitchen sink back-up on a Sunday afternoon while preparing for dinner. After searching for an emergency plumbing service with good reviews and availability, I found Professional Plumbing, Inc. Professional Plumbing is not simply a rooter service, and I was informed that, though they were willing to help, they would not necessarily be the least expensive option.

After receiving an basic estimate (indeed likely higher than a basic drain clearing service), I opted to use Professional Plumbing Inc. for several reasons. First, they were forthcoming with their pricing policy. Secondly I felt comfortable with their experience level. And, in these challenging days due to Covid-19, I appreciated the fact that they are taking extra precautions.

I was contacted by Oscar prior to his arrival to inform me he was on his way. He arrived, as advertised, wearing an N-95 mask and gloves for his and our protection from the virus.

Oscar was professional, knowledgeable, and informative relative to his plan for isolating the problem and the possible solutions that might be necessary, And he resolved the problem quickly.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression.
