Best Water Heater Inspections in San Jose CA

Great service, came within an hour. The problem was bigger than expected after a snafoo but they took care of it and went and got all the parts they needed (had to go to Home Depot twice) and I was only out of my washer for only a day. Right now it is so important!

I only gave them one star because I had to. This company is so disrespectful. I booked and appointment Thursday between 4pm and 6pm. 6:05pm no one showed yet. I text the owner no response. 7:05pm I left the owner a voicemail stating no one showed. It's now Saturday and no one has gotten back to me. I also looked up bad reviews and found a few one stating this company over charges and one where they stated work was needed to be done but was not needed. This company is not in the BBB. Please do your research before hiring this company.

Genmor Plumbing, San Jose is the best plumber in San Jose. We had a plumbing leak that couldn't be fixed anywhere else and they came with their own equipment to fix the problem. They were attentive to our needs and had the knowledge to get us going again!

When he came out to my house, he was very pleasant and helpful, explained what he need to check and answered all of my questions. He figured out the problem and fixed it. Ngoc is very friendly and knoledgable about the back flow devices. He was very through testing the device and unfortunately our device failed the test. He gave me different options for repair which most plumbers won't do as they want to make the most money. Ngoc is there to help. I highly recommend Rayne Plumbing service.

Very honest plumbers. Corey, the owner, was out to my place within and hour of my pipe bursting and did fast good work. Should mention this was a Saturday night at 9pm when I called. He was very nice and explained thoroughly what the issues were. I can't recommend this company enough for anyone looking for reliable and honest work at a great price.

Freedom Underground is a well run company with extremely professional and courteous staff. They replaced the sewer line that connects our house to city sewage line and added house and property cleanouts. There was a major offset where the property line connected to the street. They are always on time and work quickly and left our front yard clean after their work was done.

Freddy himself always picks up the phone and is very responsive and spends the time to educate me on any of my questions. I can't remember the initial foreman's name but he was also very good. I also interacted with Alex who is awesome. One of the cleanouts casing had sunk after the rain and they quickly came and fixed it.

Another company had come prior to my contacting of Freedom Underground, to snake one of the toilets. They had pulled the toilet (since I didn't have a house cleanout at the time), to perform the task. They ended up cracking the washers that sealed the toilet tank in the process and I noticed that the tank had started leaking on the bathroom floor. Freddy and his team fixed my toilet free of charge.

Their administrative staff is also very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
