We had another estimate and I called their office, talked to General Manager and they met the price of the other estimate we received, super easy guy to deal with. Roy and the crew came out next day and completed the work, great job.

Extraordinarily professional, he came to rescue my clogged toilets and shower, applied methodical step by step approach, when nothing was working he had to go get a snake machine. When I mentioned that I expect quick solution , he went and bought the machine because existing one was busy on another job.

Finally he only billed for biggest step .

The owner, Genmor provide great service. I asked him to replace garbage disposal and some pipes lead to bath rooms' faucet. While they were fixing plumbings, they found an another big problem, but Genmor offered me a great price for fixing it. They even fixed some of small problems without charging. I am very satisfied with the workers' professional job and their polite manners.

On a scale of 1-5, I would give James a 10. Professional. Focused. Got the job done pretty quickly considering all that was involved. Went out of his way to write up a note explaining how this happened that we can share with our HOA since they might be responsible, or partially responsible. Also, the communication from the office was great.

We had a leakage issue through the supply valve and supply line in the bathroom on a Saturday. We initially called another 24 hours company and quoted us $500 for the repair after checking the problem. That sounded ridiculous since the work wasn't as difficult. We rejected the work with that company and turned off the main line so that we could stop the leakage while we looked for few other options on Sunday.
I found the $15 sewer & drain company via Google and the reviews were good. Their rate was $115 for an hour and it sounded reasonable. The service person who fixed our leakage was Luis Gonzalez. He was very genuine and helped fix the problem pretty quickly. He provided bit of general information as well that helped us better understand how to prevent such problems in future.
I would recommend the company if you are looking for plumbing work to be done and definitely recommend Luis. Thank you team for helping us over the weekend since we were getting frustrated with not being able to use water for almost 1 day.

A well-deserved 5 Stars for Jose and Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing for the estimate, the actual work, the clean up, and the cost. Trenchless was definitely the way to go. My job was done to perfection, and the cost was lower than other estimates.

Jose was super responsive when scheduling the estimate. The estimate was thorough and detailed and included pulling permits. The crew showed up on time, was friendly (I kept coming out to take pictures of the progress) and finished ahead of the estimated time (my wife liked having the sewer back). After the city inspection, they thoroughly compacted when refilling the hole. They even carefully uncovered some irises they had to cover with dirt. The irises look no worse for the wear. There's no way to tell they were even here.

They answered my call right away and sent a technician by the next day. Found the issue quickly and ordered the replacement part. No-nonsense service, quick, affordable, and professional.

Easy to schedule, quality work.

I discovered wet bath mats in an unused bath so I couldn't blame the kids. I checked underneath the subfloor and saw a puddle. I turned off my water main and even that was still leaking!

Señor Rooter came to the rescue! Raffa worked diligently and found and repaired 2 supply leaks. (He even had to remove the toilet) and replaced my main shut-off.

Raffa was professional and courteous. We have a super small bathroom, lined it with plastic and kept the chaos contained. He must have had to come in and out of the house at least 20 times and removed and reapplied his shoe booties each time.

After he completed his work, he cleaned up (and yes, installed new toilet wax ring and didn't charge me for it) and everything is wonderful! Running water contained in pipes is a wonderful thing!

Very professional and reliable

I've used EJ plumbing for three different jobs now, all have met a standard of high quality work. I've had a water shut off and hose connection installed, a dual quarter turn hose connection installed, a toilet water shut off valve installed and some parts replaced on a toilet. The first two were installed over 5 years ago and I have had no issues. Additionally my friends in the trade have commented on the level of work. The prices seem a little high at first, but in this case you get what you pay for, so I consider it worth it, especially because the longevity of my house hinges on such repairs being done well. All the technicians that I have interacted with were extremely kind, answered all my questions, were respectful to my home, took care to clean up, and even showed me the work they were doing and explained various processes to me. I highly recommend this company, I only contact them to respond to my plumbing needs.

I’ve used Venture Plumbing on 2 occasions and both times they were prompt, professional, and effective. Both jobs were small… a drain cleaning and washer/dryer hookup, but Norah, Jonathan, and Derek made the experience 5 Star regardless of the size of job. Highly recommend!
