Best team I've ever worked with. Had very good equipment. First time I've seen HD video of entire sewer line from city demarc to all the way deep inside the house. Resolved the issue by eliminating two tree roots then gave a reasonable estimate for fixing the root cause along with a good recommendation on which one is worth spending money for and which one is not. No others I hired in 5 different occasions before could do it as well as this team did. Rates were reasonable, and everything completed within an hour. No pressure for up-selling. Highly recommended.

Last week I got a call from my mother saying that her house was absent of hot running water, so I swung by to take a look at the water heater. After going through the motions of what I could find on YouTube, I was at a complete loss. I reached out to Chandler Plumbing (who I had a wonderful experience with in the past,) and I explained what was wrong. It was in the afternoon, so I suspected I would have to wait until at least the next day, but a couple hours later the owner of the company showed up himself and remedied the issue inside of thirty minutes. My knowledge base of water heaters or plumbing for that matter is minuscule compared to his, so he could have easily sold me a new water heater and I wouldn’t have known any better. However, he (Ishmael) fixed the problem at a fraction of what I thought I was going to pay. All I can say is, it’s an statistical anomaly to find someone with that skill set, work ethic, and stand up personality when you’re in a jam like that. As you can see, I don’t write a ton of reviews, but I made the time, so that hopefully somebody else can share a similar experience.

Kevin and his team at Bueno Plumbing did a great job! My kitchen sink was backing up and would not drain. They did a thorough inspection and found the 46 y.o. pipe under the house leaking and the cleanout corroded. Also my pressure valve was rusted shut and I had 120PSI coming in. They fixed it all, and I am happily back to being able to use my sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal once again!

I first called Best Bay Plumbing to replace the water line from the meter to the house. The old line was cast iron and had rusted to the point it was leaking.

First they contacted the city and got emergency permission to setup a temporary stopgap to supply water to the house through a hose. They did this on the same day I contacted them.

Two days later they came and installed a replacement line. The work was completed in a couple of hours and the area completely restored.

I was also installing a hot water heater at the time. Work that I had no experience doing. They were willing to answer my questions and even returned to my house a couple of times to give advice all free of charge.

It is rare to find such an honest and capable contractor as Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter.

Jesus was great, quick and fixed the problem. Showed us the issue and explained how to prevent it in the future. Overall a cool guy!

These guys are a rip off, should of read the reviews. I did call Roto rooter and was quoted a better price.
