After getting an outrageous quote from a Home Depot referenced plumber for replacing my water heater, I found Chandler via Home Advisor. Brian provided a reasonable quote over the phone after I described the scope of work. He showed up on time and honored his quote even though the SOW wasn’t quite as I had described it. His man Ray finished the job quickly and expertly. I was very pleased and I highly recommend Chandler Plumbing!

I called Genmor Plumbing - San Jose at around 11pm on a Friday night and left a voice message. They had someone there to take my call within 20 minutes and was able to solve my problem in about an hour. I'm really glad I found them and will be recommending their service to everyone!

Right from the start, just great service and more importantly a great experience. They really care and will recommend the right thing to do. Case in point, were quickly able to tell me my water heater ,even though it was installed 5 years ago , was still under mfg warranty and to call and get them to ship the part. Then coordinated Phil to come the next day and install the part. Phil and team were awesome.. friendly, knowledgeable and just a joy. Will absolutely recommend and use the team again

Fixed the problem!

We had a mess when the laundry room drain backed up into the garage. Ricardo came from Allstar Plumbing. He followed the pipes from the drain to make the repair. He did a great job. With three kids, I couldn’t have been without my machine.

Messaged via yelp for a few days, finally called to set an appointment. Mark came out within a couple days and did a quick assessment. I acknowledged that the $125 fee would be charged even if it was a quick check on the unit. He did a water test as well per my request and gave advice as to what to do.

Jose and team were wonderful.

On a workday evening, both bathrooms in the house started backing up. The next day, one plumber used snake and showed me root penetration into the sewer pipe in front yard. Quote for trenchless piping in the front yard was given. I decided to shop around and called Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing.

Jose showed up within 2 hours of my call. He turned out to be quite familiar with rules of my City, and those are complex rules by my standard. He provided very thorough explanation, which gave me the confidence that he and his team know the work and have done it many times before, including dealing with delays by the City... Quote came very quickly to my email inbox.

I gave his company the work. The rest, like what they say, is history. I only wish that my City is as efficient and customer-oriented as Jose and his team are.

I also asked Jose to look into water pipes (not sewer pipe or waste water pipe) like re-pipe at a property in a different city in the Bay Area, and he is familiar with the rules and behaviors of that city too! Love it. I will definitely call Pipe-Thru the next time I have relevant need.

Señor Rooter came to the rescue at the perfect time. I had an unfortunate run in with another less than professional company that left my sewage line in shambles. Not only did they fix the initial issue, but have continued to be the go plumbing service for my business. They are quick to respond, professional, efficient and fair priced. For those of us that are not experts, plumbing issues tend to be a huge headache because of the lack of knowledge. My water heater was leaking, I dealt with it for a few days and it got to the point where there was nothing I could do anymore. I didn’t have a “go to” plumber, so I searched and I found Mike. Mike at American Reliable Plumbing (ARP)was amazing. He came in and assessed the issue, he then gave me 3 choices and he was very detailed with each option. He answered all my questions confidently and that put me at ease. Long story short, I went with the tankless option, it was a bit more expensive but the value and quality of work was second to none. Mike at ARP is definitely my go to plumber and I would recommend him to anyone I know looking for a plumber. Great personality, very polite and professional. The work speaks for itself, quality work and a reasonable price. Call American Plumbing, their customer service is on point.

Over the last 10 years the pipes in my home have narrowed and need recurring sewer and drain clearing. I have called The Plumbing Guys every 1 or 2 years to keep my drains flowing with hydro jetting. The service is quick, dependable and most importantly, successful at servicing my plumbing needs! The phone and text communication with the office is always top notch and technicians polite, professional and clean. Seriously this plumbing company is firing on all cylinders. 10 Stars all the way!

Flooded kitchen. Called and left a message and someone contacted me after hours. Came out the next business day. They were awesome from arrival until the job was done. Hard workers and didn't mind me around and explained everything. Gave me multiple options and fixed my clogged pipe. Showed me the issue as they found it.
