After 4 days of fruitlessly trying to get my home warranty company to connect us with someone who could actually fix our busted pipe, I called Crown Plumbing. Sal arrived less than 2 hours later, and 2 hours after that the repairs were complete, and for a fair price. Next time I'll skip the wasted time with AHS and call Crown right away.

Our water heater overflowed catastrophically on Sunday night at 7 PM and flooded our garage. We contacted Chandler and he was able to give us an immediate estimated time and cost to get it fixed. His crew arrived an hour later with a brand new heater, took them just 30-45 min to drain the water out of the old one and then quickly and expertly installed the new one. Water was back on within 2 hours of the entire thing starting! We were very fortunate to have contacted him. His crew: Ray and Chico were professional and friendly and ensured the new system was working, showed us around the control panel and pilot light, and made sure the old water heater got hauled away for recycling the next morning.

We had a leak in our main service line starting on a Friday night and water was gushing up our sidewalk. I called six companies. Three of them told me to call a different company and didn't want to come out despite being within a 5 mile radius to me. I called American Leak Detection and they didn't have an appointment available for another three weeks while there we were, not having water. The fifth company showed up, took a look at it, and didn't want to do it.

Genmor Plumbing was my sixth call on Monday. Genaro showed up that day, inspected it, came up with a plan, quoted me a price which I accepted, then in two hours, we had a temporary fix that got us water flowing again. On Wednesday, the city came by to mark the sidewalk to ensure that we wouldn't hit any important underground lines, and then on Friday, Genaro showed up with his crew, replaced 30 feet of PVC piping with more durable copper pipes, replaced our pressure regulator as well as our obsolete water shutoff valve, then covered the trench all in 8 hours. The next day, Genaro came by to do some finishing touches, completed the job, then we paid their invoice a few days later.

This was a big job and they were the only one who wanted to do it. Not only that, they did it professionally and with quality. It seems that they usually do bigger plumbing jobs for apartment complexes so they have a ton of experience which showed. If another big plumbing job comes up, they will be my first call next time.

Service was for after regular business hours replacement of leaking water heater. Romeo the Technician arrived on time and found the reason for the leak. Romeo thoroughly explained replacement options and the installation process. Romeo took the time to explain how high usage and hard water can shorten the life of a water heater. And Romeo explained how a expansion tank and larger sediment trap would help extend the life of the replacement water heater. Romeo without a helper efficiently installed the replacement water heater. The kids did not miss their bath. We really appreciate the quick response, courteous and professional service that Miracle Plumbing and their Technician Romeo provided.

We needed to reroute copper pipes for a new shower valve and a free standing tub faucet. Ryan was very professional and completed the work promptly. Overall cost was very fair in my opinion. The work looks well done, and more importantly no leaks at this time!

Hector came for our annual inspection of our water heater, as part of our membership terms. He found that our water pressure was dangerously high. A pressure valve was not longer working. He also found a section of pipe was sagging and leaking, under the house. He returned the following day and replaced the valve and the 10 foot section of pipe. He found another valve with a similar issue and replaced it at no cost. Hector and his partner were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They did a tremendous job!

Fixed supply line leak same day, I called with quality workmanship

We called Drain Doctor this morning about a clogged drain in our kids’ bathroom sink (pretty sure there were toys and things down there). Martin arrived on-time at our house. I showed the clogged drain and asked whether a new faucet could also be installed. He quoted a fair price, we agreed, and he replaced the trap and installed the new faucet within a couple of hours. We are very happy with Martin’s work. Thank you!

Called in the morning for a backed up sewage pipe and had someone come out within half an hour. They were able to clear the clog quickly. Highly recommended.

We called CMS needing a water heater replacement, and after asking if we were without hot water they said they would try to rush getting a new one for us. They set us up for an appointment the very next morning, and Nickolas from CMS showed up promptly and started to work on it. Nickolas was friendly and very professional, and he did a great job replacing our old water heater.

Update 1/27/23: A week after installation we found that the water heater was leaking from one of the hoses, and promptly called CMS plumbing and let them know. The dispatch one of their plumbers named Louie within a few hours and he came to check it out. Louie was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue and get it back up and running. Louie also took extra time to check everything out on the water heater to make sure nothing else was wrong, and cleaned up all the water so it was ready to go. Excellent work!

We had a kitchen sink clog in our townhouse condo. In the process of checking to see if the clog was in the trap or any other pipes under the sink, I discovered the clog was downline in the wall plumbing. I also discovered a hole in one of the pipes under the sink. We called EJ Plumbing at 7 AM when they opened. At about 8 AM, a couple of their plumbers came out and tried with several standard snakes to break up the clog ... nothing worked. He needed a smaller snake which they didn't have. It had something to do with how the Condo plumbing was installed in the walls. They did replace the pipes that needed replacing however. We had to call the nationally famous plumbing Co. to finish the job. Otherwise EJ Plumbing would have gotten 5 stars.The communication was great, they were professional, and overall worked hard. We were only charged for the basic plumbing pipe changes which was more than fair. I would however still recommend EJ Plumbing because I think our situation wasn't the standard everyday clog, and for what they were able to do, they did a great job.
