Although it cost more than I anticipated, I feel that he provided top notch service. Thank you Pablo! I also appreciate the confirmation texts throughout this process since I'm also working from home. I am considering repeat business based on the great service received today.

Local Rooter was professional and provided a reasonable quote. I had a clog in the main sewer pipe going out from the house to the street via the clean-out in the driveway. Duey came by on time. He brought out his pro industrial equipment and explained what he was doing and the expected problem and solutions. Much appreciated for their service once again! Very Quick, on time and friendly.

I contacted Chandler’s Plumbing for a second opinion on whether or not I needed extra work done on repipe and not only did I save money their service was awesome. I’m very happy with the work Chandler’s plumbing provided. I strongly recommend their service.

Once we found out that we lost the water in our house to a burst pipe, I was really worried! We began seeing leaks like crazy and were afraid of the damage. However, after getting three different estimates from different companies, it was clear to both of us that Genmor Plumbing had taken care of all the drains in our house. They did a great job and were there for any questions or needs. We definitely recommend their services!

We had concerns about our faucet leaks, toilets, and issues with other old plumbing choroding. Chris checked everything, and described his reasoning so we could make the best decision, as well as educated us on why there were issues, and what areas could be left alone. He immediately noticed there was a safety recall on our toilets and made the necessary steps to repair. We really appreciated his professionalism and expert knowledge.

We had another company look at many the same issues who told us they didn't know what was wrong (since the toilets were not standard) and never got back to us, so it was a relief to have Chris with his knowledge.

Very professional operation. Jordan showed class and tenacity with removing the old kitchen faucet which had become locked to the sink. Arrived on time and did highly satisfactory work. I will call them again when I need a plumber.

They are crooks. They changed out a water heater and didn't even install it with a pan. They ruined the wall in my bathroom they didn't bother to get a permit for the work and charged me a $1000 more than what they should have. Crooks.

Kory and Randy repaired a water heater that had multiple problems. In addition, the manufacturer (AO SMITH) made it more difficult by refusing to supply a required part. So Kory had to purchase a whole new heater to scavenge the required part for installation in my heater. Above and beyond. Great work.

About a year ago, we were completely clogged and had water backed up to the point that both bathroom and kitchen were not longer draining water properly but out of the sink and tub as well. Called Gil about the emergency and he sent a guy out ASAP. His guy was not only quick but was able to get it the drain working again to our relief.

After a couple more times where it once again got clogged and had to ask for Gil and his crew to come and help, he checked on what was the root of the problem. After a couple of failed attempts from the only clean out I had in the back yard (cable with the camera was short), he checked it from another area not common. And yes in fact, the issue was a root that broke the old piping from the front yard. After crunching numbers and seeing the only fix to this issue was to completely change the line, we had to go with him for the job as not only were we familiar to his skill and crew but his expertise in the matter.

I thought the job would be longer than it did. Not only did his crew dig up and remove the old what looked like ceramic pipe with a newer stronger one, but they completed the job in a few days as opposed to others which I hear would be weeks or so. Once they did that, he also added 2 more clean outs for the property to bring it up to code and minimize anymore headaches just in case we'd get clogged. Knocking on wood so far as we have not even been close to that.

Flushed and sinks all drain properly making as they should be. Gil and his crew did an exceptional job in quick and reliable fashion. Along with that, they also cleaned up and patched up the area with the cement. If I were able to give more stars, I would. I have been passing his information over and over due his professionalism.

I am very happy with the work done by CMS. I had a problem with the sewage line. They sent Nickolas, he quickly assessed the situation and explained everything to me. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also super nice. He fixed the problem and even cleaned everything up. He went way above and beyond. I highly recommend this business. They’re professional and honest.My water heater would not turn on due to pilot light not staying on. While they could have easily suggested a complete replacement, as I had suggested, Samuel was able to quickly notice that my Thermocouple was loose. He fixed it at no cost!I will be using them in the future to replace my water heater!Thank you for your honesty. Hard to find a business that is honest and not just out to make a quick buck.

Same day service to repair a clog that was occurring in the utility sink while running the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Alexander arrived on-time after Oscar scheduled me in the morning. The final quote was a bit higher than the initial quote because Alexander had to physically get on the roof to snake out the clog from the main line. I appreciated them calling me to make sure that I knew what was going on prior to the repair.

Despite the unforeseen increased charge, Alex fixed the issue in a fast manner, and also made sure to test his work while leaving the utility sink on for 5 minutes on full blast to make sure that the drain was completely clear. Alex also took the time to show me where the water shut off in the street was because we were new homeowners that have no idea how to actually maintain a home :)
