Our old water heater busted late one evening, so the next day around 8:00am we submitted a request for quote on their website. Duey called us about 20 minutes later and said they could come out between 10:00am - 12:00pm. Duey and his associate arrived at about 9:50 am. We knew that we would need a new water heater, but the shutoff valve and some piping also needed replacing. By 11:00am, our new water heater was installed with new piping and new shutoff valve. Local Rooter was very efficient, and did a great job. Glad we went with them.

Our water heater started leaking and we discovered it late in the day. There was no shut off valve and the leak was pretty severe. I called Miracle Plumbing after hours and spoke with Phil. He was super nice and understanding. He found someone in the area and the plumber, Ryan, arrived within the hour. Ryan was incredible. He worked outside in the dark and was as nice and professional as could be. Ryan came back the next day and with Phil, they installed a new water heater and fixed the damaged area, as well as put us in contact with the remediation company. We could not be happier with their work, professionalism and responsiveness. Ryan was also kind enough to speak with the insurance adjuster to answer her questions. We are so grateful they were able to help us. We will absolutely call them again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Ryan and Phil!

Wilber was very pleasant to work with. He kept in touch with me about the type of toilet I wanted. He installed it and two valves quickly and professionally

Mike and his crew were swamped but Mike found time in between two different jobs when one was finished early. Mike called me personally and said if I had time he could send a guy out immediately, of course I said yes. We can live without our AC!!! Carlos and his team have done a significant amount of plumbing for us in 2023. They have fixed a leak under the kitchen sink, replaced the waste lines under the house, and replaced both the sewer line and fresh water line in the yard. The plumbing dated back to the late 1940's, so it was a relief to have it replaced before a failure. Their work has always been professional, timely, and code compliant. We were updated for their arrival at least the day before. Any disruptions to our water or sewer services were minor and always lasted less than a day. Carlos also added very useful modifications to the original layout, in order to modernize everything and provide easy access when needed.

I used these guys a while back when I was in a pinch and they did a quick and fantastic job. Tankless water heater went out on a rental I have in the LG Mtns. Tenants need water, and they were able to get up there quickly and get it done. I’m a bit delayed on this review, since it was a year ago and totally forgot to leave it, but I’ve not had any problems with it and would absolutely use them again.

Julio Valencia is very professional. He did a great job and fixed the main water line and faucet very efficiently. He also explained to me what the problem was and his solution. He has all the professional tools with him in his service vehicle. I am very pleased with his work and I will hire him again for future plumbing work at my house. I recommend his services for anyone who needs a plumber. The price is very reasonable considering that he fixed my plumbing issue outside of the normal hours of 9 :00 AM to 5:00 PM business hours.
