Ngoc is very friendly and knoledgable about the back flow devices. He was very through testing the device and unfortunately our device failed the test. He gave me different options for repair which most plumbers won't do as they want to make the most money. Ngoc is there to help. I highly recommend Rayne Plumbing service.

Super friendly from young lady answering phone to Sergio and even the tech who arrived. Very nice people. That's a 5 star. I couldn't rate work performed because the tech stood 5 ft back and didn't look what was wrong but said I should call someone else because they are to expensive. Obviously water heaters aren't their thing. So I still don't know what's wrong with it cause he didn't even diagnose the problem. Or even try. This is very confusing to me. 2 minutes in my house. Glanced at it. Said over 3k and plumbing companies don't really do water heaters. I was told to call Lowes. It truly looked like he didn't want to have anything to do with my water heater on this day. Need to find someone that will try to diagnose the problem.

That same day, Kory Rushing arrived. Kory took a [whole house] approach to investigating the hammer problem. From the water regulator to crawl space inspection, and testing of water fixtures, Kory made several discoveries that effect the water delivery in my home. Kory inspected the copper re-pipe done 40 years ago and the abandoned water softener lines to gather a complete understanding of my homes issues. A separate issue from water hammer problems in my house was the 15 year old water heater needing replacement. Advanced Quality Plumbing & Rooter worked with my schedule and Ray Ibanez arrived on time as promised. Ray was professional, good-natured and ready to work. His van carried all the tools necessary for the job including a electric pump to fast drain the old 50 gallon water heater. Ray answered my questions, worked efficiently and cleaned up when the job was completed. The new water heater looks great with its clean flue vent and natural gas connections and earthquake strapping. Ray Ibanez did outstanding work for my family and I. I recommend Advanced Quality Plumbing & Rooter for any plumbing work.

Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing did a really great job of fixing a problem for our HOA. They were less expensive and fixed our problem better than another plumber proposed. I'm delighted with their service!

Martin was very responsive and helped schedule the appointment since the clog was urgent . He arrived within the window he mentioned and notified earlier . Took a look at the clog and fixed it . Made sure the drain happened afterward and cleaned up the overflow as well. He also took a look at one other aerator issue on one of the pipes in sink and recommended what to do so it does not cost much . Overall was very satisfied on service off thoughtful work from universal plumbing.

My on demand water heater recently stopped working and I called Aaron’s plumbing in Gilroy. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and got a technician out here that same afternoon. The technician was very experienced and helpful and friendly. We decided to replace the unit with a new unit and they were able to get that done very quickly and very professionally. UPDATE 11/3/2020: When my mother-in-law’s furnace wouldn’t start, we knew who to call. A Falcone technician named Mizael arrived at her home well within the two-hour window in which we were told to expect him, and he was polite and professional. I noted that he was wearing a disposable face covering correctly during the entire job. That’s worthy of mention for any customer in these times, but since he was coming into an older person’s home it was especially important.

Mizael quickly determined that the electric igniter in the furnace had burned out, and he showed me the failed part. He had to depart briefly to obtain an OEM replacement. With a new igniter, the furnace started and operated perfectly.

Before completing the job, Mizael used instruments to check for carbon monoxide (CO) and natural gas leaks around the furnace. He didn’t detect any CO, but he did detect a very small natural gas leak where the flexible supply line connects to the furnace. After he inspected and tightened that connection, the leak was eliminated. I appreciate his making those important safety checks and explaining them for our peace of mind.

Gomez plumbing is super honest and reliable!

I had a back up issue. A plumber came out to clear the line and said I have a broken pipe. I am not sure about that, so I hired Gomez to camera scope the line, and they found the line is in perfect condition.

Then I hired them to install a 2 way clean out. On the day of the job, they found I already have a clean out. They are so honest and can totally be trust!
