We had a pipe in our back yard use pressure. Kevin came over and explained what he believed the problem to be and gave us a quote. The thing I like the most is that he said the project would cost X amount, if what he did didn't fix the problem then he would credit that amount for the next step of fixing etc. Since it was a diagnose issue.
He was also very punctual and communicative. I had a window of 12-2. He called around 1:15 saying he was 10 minutes out which I greatly appreciated.
A bonus was that he gave a small discount and left us a whole packet with the companies contact info and everything we need.
We'll definitely use them again.

Had to get a water softener tank and pressure regulator valve for the house water connection replaced. Called in bunch of service providers but Jonathan was the guy who gave me the honest inputs and from the beginning to end was great; professional but casual enough which is a great mix. Confident but practical and gave me honest inputs. TBH was totally surprised to see a young guy so skilled. RPS has my plumbing business going forward.

We had a mess when the laundry room drain backed up into the garage. Ricardo came from Allstar Plumbing. He followed the pipes from the drain to make the repair. He did a great job. With three kids, I couldn’t have been without my machine.

Martin is very professional, likes what he does, and cares about his clients. I have called him on several occasions and if he is busy, he will make sure to call back in a timely manner.

Technicians came out twice. Once to assess and order necessary parts. Second time to perform repair. Both times technician arrived on time and kept in constant contact.

I've used AQP multiple times over the past few years and have never been disappointed. Keith is usually the plumber who comes out and he's extremely capable, caring and trustworthy. AQP is usually able to respond to appointment requests very quickly--I intend to use them whenever I have my next plumbing need.

Jose and team were wonderful.

On a workday evening, both bathrooms in the house started backing up. The next day, one plumber used snake and showed me root penetration into the sewer pipe in front yard. Quote for trenchless piping in the front yard was given. I decided to shop around and called Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing.

Jose showed up within 2 hours of my call. He turned out to be quite familiar with rules of my City, and those are complex rules by my standard. He provided very thorough explanation, which gave me the confidence that he and his team know the work and have done it many times before, including dealing with delays by the City... Quote came very quickly to my email inbox.

I gave his company the work. The rest, like what they say, is history. I only wish that my City is as efficient and customer-oriented as Jose and his team are.

I also asked Jose to look into water pipes (not sewer pipe or waste water pipe) like re-pipe at a property in a different city in the Bay Area, and he is familiar with the rules and behaviors of that city too! Love it. I will definitely call Pipe-Thru the next time I have relevant need.

Our water heater went out less than two years after acquiring it. Called Falcone and they were out right away and replaced the heating unit and got it back up and running. Steve the service man was great and went out of his way to find the part locally and get us back up and running same day. The part is under warrantee and they did not charge us for it even though they sourced it themselves rather than sending it back to the manufacturer. Did everything you'd want to solve the issue!

I am very happy with the work done by CMS. I had a problem with the sewage line. They sent Nickolas, he quickly assessed the situation and explained everything to me. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also super nice. He fixed the problem and even cleaned everything up. He went way above and beyond. My neighbors swear by Moomau Plumbing. I fortunately haven't needed a plumber for several years, but luck finally caught up with me when a shower temperature control valve and toilet both started acting up.

I gave Moomau a call and sent them pictures of the temperature control knob, along with the brand name. Billy showed up when promised/expected and had the needed parts with him. He was very professional and efficient and got the work done quickly.

Debbie, the office manager behind the scenes, was very responsive and easy to work with in setting up a convenient appointment time. She also followed up after the fact to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Moomau seems to have high standards and take customer satisfaction very seriously, which is nice to see in the service business -- where it is often difficult just to get a call back when everyone is so busy. Moomau met/exceeded my expectations, and I won't hesitate to use them again.

I called late Friday afternoon and they did everything to get someone out to my house that same day. The problem was a clogged toilet in my guest bathroom so not an emergency.

I found they were working on my neighbor's sewer and called them for estimation for my church. There was an offset between 2 sections which the other company couldn't get through to give me a video of the whole sewer line, somehow Trench Free was able to wiggle and get through which surprised me already. The offset area also caused blockage of the sewer line,. Then we scheduled repair just for this section since other areas are pretty OK. They came in about 1 hour late due to the work of the other job. In short, I really like their job. Very professional, fast, neat, reasonable price. They provided me a video of entire sewer line which makes me much more comfortable without worrying other areas. They cleaned up work area very nicely and even fixed sprinkler which probably damage long time ago.
