They are crooks. They changed out a water heater and didn't even install it with a pan. They ruined the wall in my bathroom they didn't bother to get a permit for the work and charged me a $1000 more than what they should have. Crooks.

Our hot water stopped working and I contacted Wilver, who I have used many times in the past. He assessed the problem promptly and recognized that the water heater had failed. He gave us a very good price and was able to make time for us to get a new water heater up and running again very quickly. He did a great job and we were very grateful for his attentive service.

I use this company for every plumbing problem I have. They do a great job, their prices are reasonable, and they don't try to pressure you into doing work you don't need. They saved me money today by explaining the service I thought I needed and now don't need. I can absolutely recommend them.

Plumbtree just replaced our sewer line and most of the sewer piping under the house. I've worked with a number of contractors over the years and the Plumbtree team were by far the most professional, and delivered the highest quality. They always called me by name, notified me when they were on their way, and took the time to explain what they were doing and show pictures. We are about to undergo some landscaping work, and they were willing to place the sewer clean out in a location that won't interfere with future concrete work. Every time they needed to go under the house they laid a floor protector, and whenever they came into the house otherwise, they put on little booties. Quality work, however, is not cheap. I guess the biggest compliment I can give is that the work was done so well I'll probably never need them again.

I could not have been more pleased! On a Sunday morning I discovered water bubbling up through the expansion joints of my driveway. My main water line to the house had sprung a leak. I left a message Sunday afternoon and was promptly called back Monday morning. Service Manager Kem was at my house Monday afternoon to investigate. A very reasonable quote was provided Tuesday afternoon and work commenced on Wednesday morning. The work completed by Humberto and Melvin, under Kem's direction, was speedy, clean and they were able to complete the job in one long day. Great job! Everything went smooth from initial call to the on-site clean up. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Mel was a little late but it was midday and he probably had other calls to get through. He diagnosed the situation and recognized how to clear the clog using the big 200ft snake.It took a lot of effort but it was successful.Glad I got hold of EJPlumbing.

Aqua Flow Plumbing came to my house this morning and did an amazing job. The pricing was very fair and they were very efficient will fixing everything that needed to be fixed. There was a leak under my sink in my bathroom and Dave was quickly able to fix the issue and offer really good advice to keep in mind to prevent further links and other drain issues with my house. Great job Dave! I will for sure use Aqua Flow Plumbing again.

Platinum rooter was assigned to service our home warranty claim for high pressure issue at our home. I suspected this is likely due to bad pressure regulating valve. Isaac came in and confirmed the PRV is gone bad. Our home warranty covers a new PRV. To my surprise he claimed additional $350 outside of warranty coverage for replacing the PRV. When I asked details on why this additional charges he was not able to explain exactly why and presented various unexpected modifications like - 1) need to add copper line to modify existing copper connection , 2) PRV needs to be custom fit. We have a standard 1 PRV and same model is readily available in market. When I further enquired about this he seemed annoyed and started refuting rudely saying he cannot buy same PRV. He also started saying copper is extremely expensive. Being aware of copper pipe pricing ( the inlet line has smaller than 1 feet copper connection) I asked how much copper pipe is required he got into his van and refused to give any specifics. When I asked for breakdown of $350 he also refused to provide details and kept saying if you do this outside warranty this will cost you much more. At that point I realized this conversation is not productive and i disallowed to do the work.

When I contacted home warranty and explained the unreasonable modification quoted for copper line etc, warranty company called platinum rooter and at that point I was told that contractor explained that new copper line is not required. And it's existing copper connection that needs to be cut by 1 or similar to fit new PRV. I wonder why Isaac kept repeating copper is expensive in first place ??

Then I called my own plumber and they clearly confirmed the same 1 PRV can be swapped out without any further changes. Home warranty assigned new contractor based on the evidence from my plumber. I cannot recommend using platinum rooter and plumbing inc mainly because they tried to be dishonest, obscure by claiming false plumbing modification to draw more money from me. Overall, I had an unpleasant experience working with them and want to send this review out so you can save yourself time and money by hiring other honest plumbers.
