After putting up with a faulty kitchen sink garbage disposal for so long I finally caved in and called around for plumbing quotes. I called Integrity Plumbing for some help and wish I would have done it SOONER. They were so courteous, fast and very reasonably priced. We called CMS needing a water heater replacement, and after asking if we were without hot water they said they would try to rush getting a new one for us. They set us up for an appointment the very next morning, and Nickolas from CMS showed up promptly and started to work on it. Nickolas was friendly and very professional, and he did a great job replacing our old water heater.

Update 1/27/23: A week after installation we found that the water heater was leaking from one of the hoses, and promptly called CMS plumbing and let them know. The dispatch one of their plumbers named Louie within a few hours and he came to check it out. Louie was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue and get it back up and running. Louie also took extra time to check everything out on the water heater to make sure nothing else was wrong, and cleaned up all the water so it was ready to go. Excellent work!

Samuel was my serviceman and was excellent. My tankless heater needed maintenance and Samuel was able to fix another problem I had with a valve. He was very professional in explaining the issue.Although he needed to come back, the service was under warranty and the issue resolved.I highly recommend this company.

Mike and team replaced our old leaking water heater with a new tankless w/ re-circulation loop. We now have reliable hot water at every sink/shower in the house. They also replaced our 60+ year old house shutoff valve with a new reliable valve, replaced some leaks in our radiant heating system and installed plumbing for a new utility sink. They were very flexible with timing (we were having some other work done at the time and needed to coordinate) and did a great job. I'm happy to recommend them,

We have used Dave at Aqua Flow Plumbing previously starting with replacing a main sewer drain to doing a copper repipe throughout our house. He’s always been very professional, timely and his work second to none. So it was a no brainer who we called to replace our water heater. He got right on it, did a wonderful job and we were very pleased.
Each time we’ve used Dave we have been very pleased and wouldn’t call anyone else-Thank You Dave!

This company is unreliable and not honest. My property has a clogged drain and their initial estimate is around $200. After two day's work the plumber said he now needs to increase the cost to over $700. I asked him face to face whether he guarantees the drain will be fixed if I pay this drastically increased price and he said yes. But then he still cannot finish the job. What is worst is that he just left with the broken drain and sent us the bill of $761!
We called the company and asked why they sent the invoice knowing that the job is not done. The reply we got is that they never guarantee that they will finish the job!
In this end we have to hire other plumber from a different company, and this new plumber fixed everything in 10 min and charge us only $120.
So here you go, this company is unreliable, doesn't have the right skill set, and will leave without completion. Avoid this company if you can.

Our toilet backed up on a Sunday morning. It was a mess. Our previous plumber had a outgoing message they no longer do weekends or after hour service. Found Platinum Rooter & Plumbing and called at 9:30am was told they could probably be out by noon. They arrived at 11:00 am and cleared the clog. We found our new plumber, We are very happy campers in my house.

Extremely rude and unprofessional, anger issues, avoid.
