This is the first time I have used them, and they are professional, they came within an hour, and David installed a new garbage disposal. He cleaned out under my sink and put a new disposal in. He was friendly, prompt, and he did an excellent job. I highly recommend them!

Hector came for our annual inspection of our water heater, as part of our membership terms. He found that our water pressure was dangerously high. A pressure valve was not longer working. He also found a section of pipe was sagging and leaking, under the house. He returned the following day and replaced the valve and the 10 foot section of pipe. He found another valve with a similar issue and replaced it at no cost. Hector and his partner were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They did a tremendous job!

We had a mess when the laundry room drain backed up into the garage. Ricardo came from Allstar Plumbing. He followed the pipes from the drain to make the repair. He did a great job. With three kids, I couldn’t have been without my machine.

The worst experience I have ever had with a sub contractor. Here is my story. We needed someone to come and unclog a toilet. We called Go Go Rooter, they came out and said the job would be $1950 to snake/cable/use a camera, dig a trench and put in ABS pipe to the clean out. Maybe around 8' of pipe. No concrete involved, everything was under the lawn. After digging the trench I was told two things: Good news we are not going to charge you $1950, but only $950 as it wasn't as bad as we thought. But the bad news is, we have a major problem and now it is going to cost $6700 to do the job. I complained and the price was reduced to $5500. REALLY????? I told them to stop and I would call them back. I called another plumber who came out the same day and finished the major problem job for $1500. I was shocked to see the difference in price for the same job. Do you cll Go Go Rooter honest people? I don't. They are crooks and should not be doing business in this hemisphere. A letter is going to the CSLB with a major complaint.

One day, we woke up with no hot water and flood in the garage. I called Marlon, as he helped us few months ago with the clogged pipe. I apologized, as it was early in the morning :) - he was quick, responsive, said no need to apologize and requested me to send him photos of my water heater. Water was leaking around the perimeter. He advised to turn off water for the heater until he comes. As soon as he finished his prior appointment - he came to our house, ran diagnostics (as we suspected, water heater broke) and recommended to replace the heater. We chose tankless version (thanks, Marlon, for recommending it); he and his helper Tony came the next day and took care of the installation, re-piping to outside of the house with copper pipes (we chose outside heater placement), testing everything out and - we had our hot water again! Now, with tankless heater, we never run out of hot water with our 3-bath house :) Overall, Marlon has been super-responsive, professional, honest, great in communication and walking us through the pricing and maintenance options for various heater models; he is also an optimistic and pleasant person to talk to :) I would highly recommend him and his service for any plumbing needs you may have.

I could not have been happier with the services and knowledge I received from Axel with Plumbtree. He explained all the issues at my Condo, the types of old currently installed plumbing and what my best options were and the various price points. One of the best parts of the experience with Plumbtree was when the contacted me to let me know that they'd had an emergency and needed to reschedule my time to another day. Plumbtree was really accommodating of my reschedule availability. For a newer company they are already doing SO many things correctly. First, they've hired great people. Second, they're really knowledgeable and can explain things easily and clearly. Lastly, the price was great and the service was fast!!!

I called Falcone Plumbing because I had a toilet that was phantom flushing at all hours of the day and night. After talking to Mike on the phone, he scheduled his team for the same day. Stephen arrived with a mask and booties on. He was prompt, courteous and and very knowledgeable. Since Stephen was here repairing the phantom flusher, I had him replace the ball float on the master bedroom toilet too. Falcone plumbing came highly recommended and now I see why. I would definitely call Falcone again should another issue pop up.

Aqua Flow Plumbing came to my house this morning and did an amazing job. The pricing was very fair and they were very efficient will fixing everything that needed to be fixed. There was a leak under my sink in my bathroom and Dave was quickly able to fix the issue and offer really good advice to keep in mind to prevent further links and other drain issues with my house. Great job Dave! I will for sure use Aqua Flow Plumbing again.

Used them twice during the last month. Once for replacing all the horizontal drainage under my house, and once for replacing a tankless water heater with a tanked one. In both times Angel and his team did a clean and professional work. Cupertino plumbing were very responsive and communicative. While they are not the cheapest out there, they are certainly worth their price.

Update May 2020:
Used them for four more jobs and still think they deserve 5 stars. Every time they responded quickly, showed up promptly, and did a professional job. (Bathroom vanity installation, Tankless heater replacement, Shower faucet replacement and Leak detection)

Chico & his crew are amazing. Our water heater stopped working, i was pretty sure it needed replacing. He was able to come by the same day to give me a quote. He clearly explained the issue and gave a fair estimate. He got me in the next morning, today, and now we have hot water again! I’m hiring him to do a repipe next. I highly recommend him. He is honest and a kind man.

I turned to Charly The Plumber a few months ago. I needed leak detection and a friend of mine told me about them. I must admit that they did amazing job!

They totally took advantage of my elderly mother and myself. Overcharged us by around 1000 dollars. They installed a new toilet which they did not give me a opportunity to choose and is far too big. The bathroom vanity and sink is literally rotting away not to mention how ugly it is . I think its awful the way they take advantage of people who are not knowledgeable about plumbing. I like them to come out and give us a new sink.
