For starters, they were on time. The plumber was polite and explained every detail of what was needed for repairing/replacing broken water pipe under the house now and preventative suggestions that would prevent future mishaps. The decision was mine not theirs, which I appreciated. I took his advice. Everything was completed in half a day. I am very, very satisfied with their performance and the company's response. All the old materials were hauled away and included in the price, which was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

We purchased and had installed a water heater from Water Heaters Only on 07/26/2016. Loni arrived as promised to inspect and quote the new water heater. Loni scheduled the installation for the next day and arrived on time to remove the old water heater. We live in an older house with the water heater in the basement. A narrow stair well with a 90 degree turn is needed to enter the basement. Loni emptied and removed the old water heater and installed the new one back in the basement. His work was professional, and he took his time to make sure the installation was complete and correct. When I saw the completed installation, I was pleased that the all old parts and debris were removed. In fact, his work was so clean and thorough that other than a new installed water heater and associated plumbing , there was no trace of any work done. The basement was clean, the basement stairs had no trace of dirt/water/or scrapes, and the driveway had no residual debris either. Loni is very professional, respectful, and is the best. I would recommend Water Heaters Only and Loni to anyone needing a new water heater.

My plumbing problem:
My main water line had a burst and it was under the cement driveway.

I called 5 Star Plumbing and they were able to carefully cut into the cement and find the leak. It took them about 4.5 hours to finish the repair.

We have quite a bit of work require plumbing services and this company refused to on work with us because we were coordinating activities from our local office. I explained that my team was local and we can pay with a Credit Card over the phone or on site once services were rendered and they still told us no and gave some bogus excuses. Terrible service would not recommend to other business or clients.
