My toilet was continuously leaking lots of water continuously flushing. Josh immediately came over and changed the flapper which was seriously gnarly and beyond its date of being changed however the toilet was still draining. Josh then did the next step and changed the fill valve and that worked well. He explained everything that’s why I even know names of the parts he changed. Gave me good tips to prevent toilet issue from happening again. He worked fast with no bs, did not waste my time. No bs fees that I did not agree with. He cleaned up after himself, huge plus. Definitely recommend Elite Rooter’s plumber Josh. Easy to work with, funny guy.

Mr. Rooter called back the first and said no one would be able to come by tonight. Few mins. later another person called and said Ruben would be onsite within the hour. Ruben came a little later than an hour but Ruben was very polite and professional. He took care of the drain problem within 30 mins. of arrival. Would use Mr. Rooter again and recommend them.

Jose and his crew did an excellent job installing about 40 feet of sewer pipe at our home by pulling through a new seam-less pipe through the tree root filled existing pipe under our driveway. They also removed and replaced some driveway pavers to access to two holes that they neeeded to dig at both ends of the repair. When finished, you can not tell this major repair even happened - an excellent job.

UPDATE 11/3/2020: When my mother-in-law’s furnace wouldn’t start, we knew who to call. A Falcone technician named Mizael arrived at her home well within the two-hour window in which we were told to expect him, and he was polite and professional. I noted that he was wearing a disposable face covering correctly during the entire job. That’s worthy of mention for any customer in these times, but since he was coming into an older person’s home it was especially important.

Mizael quickly determined that the electric igniter in the furnace had burned out, and he showed me the failed part. He had to depart briefly to obtain an OEM replacement. With a new igniter, the furnace started and operated perfectly.

Before completing the job, Mizael used instruments to check for carbon monoxide (CO) and natural gas leaks around the furnace. He didn’t detect any CO, but he did detect a very small natural gas leak where the flexible supply line connects to the furnace. After he inspected and tightened that connection, the leak was eliminated. I appreciate his making those important safety checks and explaining them for our peace of mind.

Cut a hole in out ceiling for no reason and left the door open when we asked them not too. Our cat is now lost.

I can truly cannot recommend TrenchFree and their team enough. For a solid year, we've been having plumbers visit our house every 2-3 months to fix repeat issues. Finally, we spoke with TrenchFree. When all the other companies we spoke with were going to charge $150+ to run a camera in our lines and find the issue, they offered a free estimate. The workers at our house were all incredibly friendly and professional, and got to work quickly. They were able to identify a problem with our pipes outside our house that every other plumber had missed. Within days we received a quote back, and they were on site to fix the issue. They even came during 106 degree weather, on a Friday going into a holiday weekend, to make sure the job was done right. Lastly, and this is where they truly won me over: Once the job was complete, we thought an issue had arisen that still wasn't fixed. Within 24 minutes of me hitting send on my email, they were back at the house and fixed the problem -- even when it turned out it was OUR fault and nothing they did. Please let me stress this:: do not waste your time pouring through lists of reviews, looking for plumbers who cut prices in order to raise them in other spots. TrenchFree doesn't have the same number of reviews as some of the other companies, so they may get overlooked. Don't make my mistake. Call TrenchFree the FIRST time, and they'll be your last call ... not your fifth, like they were for us. A+ work. Everyone was amazing. Thank you for a great experience!!
