Our pipes backed up in half of our house. Kitchen and family room bath out of use. I called Elite and within the hour they were here! It was more than a Roter rooter quick snake due to years of sediment, but with a high pressure water clean out to the main we are flowing once again. The crew was efficient, polite to each other during the job (please and thank you’s to each other) and texted me as to arrivals and status while out getting machinery and parts.They were the best company we have dealt with professionally, equipped with the tools and machinery and versed on etiquette. Make them your first call when in need!

I had a blocked drain and Genmor Plumbing was the first company that I called. They were able to come out on the same day, which was great! The plumber who came out did an amazing job and even cleaned up after himself!

Judy and Joel were great. Their system sends you reminders by text and email many times, whifh I appreciate because we have a packed schedule. They even sent a picture of Joel so I knew what he looked like and could greet him properly. Joel was very courteous and professional, fixing my frozen shower cartridge quickly. He even offered some advice for a smaller issue I had after looking at it real quick. Can't recommend them enough!

Expect to Wait All Day
They give you a 4 hour window, but the supervisor shows up. The worker comes later in the day. The supervisor is trying to sell you a new water heater, when you just have a broken pipe. Why does it cost $1400 when the worker only make $10 per hour? Thr pipe did get fixed, tho.
Update: pipe repair failed a day later. More hours without water.

Freddy was the second estimate I received earlier this year to replace my storm drain. I picked him because of his honest opinions and very thoughtful consultation which made me feel he understood what he was doing. His crew was super professional and ensured satisfaction before wrapping up a job. I even had issues with my sprinkler system after they left and Freddy came back to fix it for free. Essentially these guys back up their work and will ensure you're satisfied.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet and bought a new one to replace it. I thought it should be a fairly straightforward job, but the mounting bolt was rusted tight. After hours of trying to removed it and even trying to drill it off we reached out to Universal Plumbing & Rooter. They were very responsive online and sent out Martin the next morning. When he arrive he had the tools to remove the previous faucet. He offered to install the new faucet and since he did such an efficient job at the previous removal I took him up on it. Installation was super fast and the new faucet works great. He cleaned up any mess he left and was on his way. Great work and professionalism by Martin! Would use him again and highly recommend using Universal Plumbing & Rooter.
