This review is mainly in response to how their main contact Gabe treated us.We used them for replacing our sewer. Their tech (George) was courteous but after they finished I got a call saying they would like the payment right away. I said I am happy to make the payment as soon as the final city inspection (due after a business day) is completed. At this point Gabe became extremely threatening. He said the city inspection was not their concern nor responsibility and that he would come to my place monday morning to make sure I pay.I've done business with 3x the amount of this invoice with other contractors but this kind of threatening behavior was unprecedented. Finally after city inspection I called them on my own and paid but have decided never to do business with them again.

I had Ruben come out to my house on an emergency at about 2am in the morning. My main line that runs out to the street broke and caused flooding. Ruben did everything he could at that time so that we could make it through the night/morning. Gabe also came out to assist. Ruben returned at 8 am in the morning to continue to fix the broken pipe and get us back to normal. Ruben worked as quickly as he could under inclement weather, he was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and answered every question I had. I highly recommend these guys. I am forever in there debt for getting me through what could have been a huge disaster.

We called to have a sub-pump replaced and was quoted $1347 but they did provide what the breakdown of what that was - but offered a month warranty. Is it normal not to get a written estimate of a break down of costs? We also asked for 1 valve to be replaced and was quoted $779. It seems high? I hav put in may sub-pumps for a lot less that 1300.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet and bought a new one to replace it. I thought it should be a fairly straightforward job, but the mounting bolt was rusted tight. After hours of trying to removed it and even trying to drill it off we reached out to Universal Plumbing & Rooter. They were very responsive online and sent out Martin the next morning. When he arrive he had the tools to remove the previous faucet. He offered to install the new faucet and since he did such an efficient job at the previous removal I took him up on it. Installation was super fast and the new faucet works great. He cleaned up any mess he left and was on his way. Great work and professionalism by Martin! Would use him again and highly recommend using Universal Plumbing & Rooter.

Aaron's was awesome! Our hot water heater was on its way out. Tech Alex C responded and did a fantastic job navigating through our hot water heater's odd location for removal. The install was fantastic, no problems. Very professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I've been using Moomau for years. They replaced our old pipes with new copper piping back in 2012, installed a gas line to our stove during our kitchen remodel, relocated our washer and dryer connections, and I call them for all of our regular maintenance (clogged drains, leaking toilets, etc.) Quick response, reasonably priced, great customer service.
