I requested a plumber on Thumbtack to fix my broken sprinkler valve pipe since it was causing a leak. Kevin arrived on time between the 8-10am window and gave me the estimate. It was surely on the higher side and much more than we expected but since it was an emergency, we decided to go with Kevin on the repair. Kevin did a good job explaining the issue and answering my questions. Because he was able to complete the work quickly including replacing the affected valve, he offered a small discount which I appreciated. Overall, he did a very good job and gave a limited warranty on the work done.

Used $15 Sewer for years. Always good value and got the job done.
Only this time the response time was poor. Schedule the night before for next day bathtub drain.
Called next day and $15 Sewer have no schedule for the repair, The scheduler then said schedule me a plumber in 1 hour and it did not happen until 3 hours latter after a number of phone calls from me to the company.

Best Bay Plumbing has excellent integrity and fair pricing. Today Bay Plumbing repaired my Hot Water Heater. I contacted two other well-known San Jose Plumbing companies before contacting Abel from Best Bay Plumbing. The two well-known companies just wanted to replace the Hot Water Heater since it was ten years old. However, thank goodness for google-searched, I knew that the Hot Water Heater still had good and needed the Theormalcouple replaced. So, on a whim, I left Best Bay Plumbing, and the answering service indicated that a response would be within 15 minutes. Abel contacted me in ten minutes; I shared my issues and what I thought needed to be done, and how a quote to have the Thermocouple replaced. He asked me to send him a picture of the Hot Water Heater so he could provide me with a quote. Sergio arrived on time, was friendly and got to work ASAP, and cleaned up after he was done replacing the Thermocouple. Glad I found Best Bay Plumbing, and now we have hot water.

They clear backed up kitchen line on dec 01 and after 3rd day again backed up .Called the owner and he was rude non professional and asked we have cleared the line at that day so will not fix again and will asked for 500$ bucks more to fix it again.i asked why why not to fix it at that to correct job done at first place and answer was you have other issues that we do not .I do not know which people are giving 5 start for such pathetic ,non professional service

I could not have been more pleased! On a Sunday morning I discovered water bubbling up through the expansion joints of my driveway. My main water line to the house had sprung a leak. I left a message Sunday afternoon and was promptly called back Monday morning. Service Manager Kem was at my house Monday afternoon to investigate. A very reasonable quote was provided Tuesday afternoon and work commenced on Wednesday morning. The work completed by Humberto and Melvin, under Kem's direction, was speedy, clean and they were able to complete the job in one long day. Great job! Everything went smooth from initial call to the on-site clean up. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I had a couple of slow draining sinks and a tricky water leak. Aqua Flow Plumbing (Dave) showed up and got to work within an hour of me calling for help. He proved to be highly knowledgeable and efficient while also being friendly and easy to talk to. We are very happy that we called Aqua Flow Plumbing Inc.

Our toilet backed up on a Sunday morning. It was a mess. Our previous plumber had a outgoing message they no longer do weekends or after hour service. Found Platinum Rooter & Plumbing and called at 9:30am was told they could probably be out by noon. They arrived at 11:00 am and cleared the clog. We found our new plumber, We are very happy campers in my house.

Had ha bad back up in the plumbing from previous plumbers work. Tino from mission city plumbing came out and replaced the messed up pipes and now the flow is good to go. Great work, great price and saved us a lot of money. Thanks to tino from mission city plumbing.

I would urge other consumers not to call this business & if you do don't be surprised by poor customer service and attitude from good ol' Frank the owners son. He is a very good mansplainer as well as rude to my handyman that was here! Who does that? Frank seems to choose words that are negative and condescending - he passively will talk down to you, and his body language matches his vibe-- he just oozes privilege --you will know it the moment he walks in the room.

In today's financial climate, who supports small business with attitudes-- we won't be spending a dime with company. We only giving two stars cause their employees Brandon, on the phone, and Danny who came out for the estimate two days in a row were wonderful! Danny was professional, & offered great customer service--we were ready to sign because of Danny regardless! Then Frank walks in with the big ol chip and blows a job that woulda been at least 10k minimum! One thing this guy didn't learn from his late owner, clearly-- is respect!

Julio Valencia is very professional. He did a great job and fixed the main water line and faucet very efficiently. He also explained to me what the problem was and his solution. He has all the professional tools with him in his service vehicle. I am very pleased with his work and I will hire him again for future plumbing work at my house. I recommend his services for anyone who needs a plumber. The price is very reasonable considering that he fixed my plumbing issue outside of the normal hours of 9 :00 AM to 5:00 PM business hours.
