We are a family dental office and noticed water coming up from underneath our vinyl plank flooring. Realizing that's probably not a good thing, we called Kevin. He was at our office within a couple of hours to take a look, and quickly diagnosed a blocked P-trap coming from our dental vacuum system. Even though the actual issue was out of the scope of his expertise to repair, he rigged a bypass so that we could remain operational and stop any further damage. He also contacted a water restoration service who showed up at our office an hour later. Even after all that, he refused any sort of payment because he didn't really do anything. He kept us operational so we could finish working on patients for the day and got us started on the road to repair. We consider that kind of service priceless, and would not hesitate to use Kevin Bueno plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Once again I had the same problem as several weeks ago with toilets backing up into tubs and showers. Robert Garcia did a wonderful job the first time and had to come today to do it again. It seems the issue is the main pipes under the house the park is responsible for. But, Robert got it all cleaned out again and hopefully it won’t happen again. He’s really good at what he does!

They came out to replace an old/broken kitchen faucet. They came on time and finished up very quickly. The job was done well and efficiently and onsite payment afterwards was also extremely quick and easy.

Aaron's initially scheduled me for an appointment tomorrow morning with the proviso that if they had availability open up they would get to me sooner - this afternoon or evening. Sure enough, I got a call about an hour later that one one their best plumbers - Roy - was on the way from his last call in Livermore. Roy was respectful, congenial and above all, expert and diligent in diagnosing the problem, cause (calcification due to hard water) and installed the new faucet within an hour! Excellent job. Roy also let me know about other services Aaron's does, including water softeners using potassium instead of NaCl salt, and a hot-water recirc pump system option. No hard up-selling, just knowledge-sharing. Great work and great recommendations. Nice guy too! Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter has a customer for life. Very very reasonable pricing as well. I didn’t chose this company - my property management did. These guys are no nonsense pros. Sal is a well experienced professional, 38 years in the business but felt like a friend you call when you need a a SME. Willing to listen to our problem and had the patience to find out cause of our washing machine drain clog. Resolved the issue by clearing out the line quickly. Sal and his technician Armando were efficient and even cleaned up the area under the washer.. I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks.

This company might be a plumbing company but they are not a HVAC. DO not hire them for your boiler room pump or boilers. They are inept and totally unqualified. I have an invoice from them for work not done and they insist to get paid when their own invoice explains they own lack of knowledge. We brought a real HVAC company right after them and the problem with our pump was fixed by visiting tech and there was no need for a new pump. Do NOT recommend them.
