I couldn't restart my water heater. He was on time,courteous,professional. He tried to restarted. The water heater is 17 years old. It's gone. He gave an estimate and the company didn't charged for the diagnosis.

Mr. Tom Armbruster was the second technician sent out on the second day. He was calm, patient, and extremely helpful in solving the problem left by the first responder. The first responder was not from Mr. Rooter but their helping company who responded because the original appointment could not be kept by Mr. Rooter. It was a night and day experience for me. I highly recommend Mr. Tom Armbruster for any and all work as he was courteous, knowledgeable, direct and courteous. He explained everything and made his suggestions and put it all in legible writing.Plus he picked up after himself and left the area clean and dry unlike the original responder. Thank you Mr. Tom Armbruster. I wish you continued career success.

Response was very quick. Gentleman was very efficient and professional
however it was VERY expensive for maybe a half hour of work.

The two guys that came were wonderful to deal with, friendly, concise, professional and were able to diagnose the gas leak coming from the outdoor plumbing into the bbq station. They could have pulled the “ oh we don’t do bbq’ fixes” but correctly said it’s the pipe leading to the bbq that was the issue with the regulator which most likely has worn seals, ordered the replacement, after trawling the Bay Area to find one, then coming back to explain the situation and how long it would take to arrive. Once the part arrived, they came by and installed the part, checked to ensure leaks were gone and cleaned up the area before showing me the old part where it leaked from and the seals that were worn . Couldn’t be happier with the service, the people and the general courtesy shown. Can’t recommend highly enough

Freddy did a great job quickly and professionally assessing (with a competitive quote!) and replacing an outdoor electrical conduit pipe and getting us back up and running!

We are very happy with the work Aaron’s plumbing and Rooter did on our house. We had all the water pipes, the main water line, and our water heater replaced as well as a new water conditioner system installed. Not only did they have the best estimate among the companies we talked to but they got the work done quickly. They were also the only company we talked to who was able to tunnel under our driveway to replace the main water line instead of having to dig a trench next to our driveway or dig up our driveway. The owner Aaron was super helpful and always quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend Aaron’s plumbing and Rooter.

Called in the morning for a backed up sewage pipe and had someone come out within half an hour. They were able to clear the clog quickly. Highly recommended.

Gomez plumbing is super honest and reliable!

I had a back up issue. A plumber came out to clear the line and said I have a broken pipe. I am not sure about that, so I hired Gomez to camera scope the line, and they found the line is in perfect condition.

Then I hired them to install a 2 way clean out. On the day of the job, they found I already have a clean out. They are so honest and can totally be trust!

Sal is a well experienced professional, 38 years in the business but felt like a friend you call when you need a a SME. Willing to listen to our problem and had the patience to find out cause of our washing machine drain clog. Resolved the issue by clearing out the line quickly. Sal and his technician Armando were efficient and even cleaned up the area under the washer.. I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks.
