Had an issue with replacing a copper pipe at my house. I called them and explained my situation and they were here with in the hour.

Thanh was very nice and knows his job. He explained what he did and why.

These guys are honest, reliable and it brutally honest. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Plumbing Tech is an excellent company and I highly recommend them as we will absolutely be using them in our future home projects. They completely remodeled our guest shower area, which previously had no running water to it and installed a new bathtub and beautiful tile work. They were beyond efficient, professional and our bathroom was left cleaner than it was before they arrived. We hope to have them do our kitchen next!

I could not have been more pleased! On a Sunday morning I discovered water bubbling up through the expansion joints of my driveway. My main water line to the house had sprung a leak. I left a message Sunday afternoon and was promptly called back Monday morning. Service Manager Kem was at my house Monday afternoon to investigate. A very reasonable quote was provided Tuesday afternoon and work commenced on Wednesday morning. The work completed by Humberto and Melvin, under Kem's direction, was speedy, clean and they were able to complete the job in one long day. Great job! Everything went smooth from initial call to the on-site clean up. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Great experience from start to finish. Since water heaters are bound to fail after typical business hours, it was great to find someone to talk to late at night. Dispatchers Christian and Valerie were both very helpful in getting a technician out to my home quickly and letting me know up front the price range I could expect. Loni, the technician was the epitome of good customer service: courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. Installation went smoothly--Loni's years of experience show. I look forward to working with him again the next time we need a water heater service or a replacement.

Donald took out the old one, then went out and bought and put in a new one for us. He was pleasant and simple to converse with. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed how quickly he got rid of our old toilet. The new toilet was also expertly and rapidly installed by him. I expected it to take him at least an hour, but he finished it much faster. I appreciated that, unlike other plumbers we've used before, he didn't leave a huge mess or ask us to supply towels. The new toilet in our home is attractive and functional. Finally, I have settled on a plumber. If I ever need plumbing work done again, I know who to call: Empire San Jose Plumbing & Drain Clean Co.

If you're skimming reviews, then then I'll just recommend you give Drain Rooter Service a call. If you're like me, you'll be delighted you did.

Backstory - Last night at 7 PM (of course, a couple hours after sunset this time of year), my son emerges from his shower saying, Dad, the water is not draining in my shower. As you can imagine, that's something we never want to hear. But, there it was. After getting numerous towels in place to soak up the water in two back-to-back bathrooms (thankfully, it was shower water, not poo water), it was time to get someone out to my house quickly to get the sewer line flowing again.

I looked back a a previous review I did in 2018 for a drain service I recall being happy with. I called them, but I got a voicemail indicating they had closed for the day - just an hour before. With this situation being what it was, waiting until the morning in the hopes of getting into the service schedule wasn't going to work.

So, I began looking through reviews. I quickly came across Drain Rooter Service, and I liked the reviews I was reading. I saw that they were open until 9 PM, so I gave them a call at about 7:15 PM expecting to have to leave a message. To my surprise, Todd answered the phone and asked me how he could help. As it turns out, he was just finishing another service appointment, and he asked me to text him my address. I did, and he was at my house within 25-mins. That was a Wow!

Todd quickly diagnosed the problem, and offered to power-snake my main sewer-line for a reasonable price. I was glad to hear he had a power-snake because the results of a previous hydro-jet service had only lasted two-weeks. Then, I had to pay a different service to do it again using a power-snake.

And, Todd's power-snake has a second 25-ft section that he added so he can clear-out blockages that are a little farther out than 25-ft. His power-snake had to go out there beyond the first 25-ft to clear-out the blockage. In short order, the extended snake had the backed-up sewer water flowing smoothly again. We tested with a couple toilet flushes, and all was good.

Wrapping it all up, these are the Positives:
1. Todd answered when I called.
2. He understood the urgency of the situation.
3. He showed up in less than 1/2-hr of being called.
4. He uses an extra-long power-snake to break-up blockages beyond the 25-ft range.
5. His service fee was quite reasonable.
6. He offers a 30-day warranty.
7. He was pleasant and easy to talk with.

Negatives: None.

All in all, Todd saved the evening, and he made me look like a hero to my family. Drain Rooter Service is my new go-to service for urgent sewer-line problems. I highly recommend Drain Rooter Service. Give them a try.

They want to charge $75 for providing a quote.really? Must be so broken. Take them at your own risk.

First off, let me just start of by saying if you need a good plumber, then call this company. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I called them based off the great reviews not only here, but on yelp. I had a lot of plumbing repairs that need to be done, and it's become a problem that I can't really ignore any longer. Through my searching, it was important to me that I didn't hire just any 'ole plumber, but one that was honest, affordable and local. Kory, the plumber, was just that.

Kory arrived on time, like he promised so we started off on the right foot. He was able quickly diagnose several problems right away, and fix them on spot. He was able to find a couple bigger problems too, and I went ahead and had him fix those as well.

I just wanted to say thanks to Kory, for not only being very patient with me, but taking his time to do a great job, and not charging an arm and a leg. Overall, I am very satisfied with this plumbing company!
