I don’t usually write reviews unless I had an amazing experience or had a terrible experience.

I called Efficient Water Heater because I have purchased their water heater and they have installed it for me a few years ago.

Recently, I have a water leak due to the water heater pipe burst inside the wall in the house + main water valve is leaking. They quoted me a price and scheduled/confirmed the next day visit from 11am-1am. Few hours later, I suddenly received a text from Efficiency and told me my appointment is now 2pm-4pm. What happened to the earlier confirmation?!?!? I was not happy with the sudden change, but I decided to give them benefits of doubts and rescheduled to later time.

On the day of the scheduled visit (2pm-4pm), I received another text from Efficacy around 3pm. They told me that they can’t make it and ask me to reschedule it to next day and assure me they will be there next morning. I was starting to feel Impatient, but I decided to give them another chance since it is getting late and dark.

Next day, I was woke up by a morning call around 8am from Efficiency. This time, they ask me about the size of the pipe—because they happens run out the 1” pipe. I was surprised that they are asking me (customer) the specifics of the pipe. Even more amazingly, what happened to the Home Depot or Lowes for the spare parts?!?!

Long story short, they cancelled the scheduled appointment. They believe my pipe is. 1”. They didn’t even bother to stop by to verify.

I have been very patient with Efficient. But cancelling multiple times at the last minutes are not what I called professionalism. I have wasted so much time with Efficient. This is a very frustrating and disappointing experience for me. To be honest, I regret I even purchased their water heater a few years ago.

If you want someone who is reliable with professionalism, please save yourself some trouble and find someone else!!!!

Called 1hr drain for an apartment complex. Jose came in just about an hour ago and fixed the issue to my backed up kitchen. This guy is amazing! Keeps clean, communicates, definitely an expert. Thank against Jose!

Flooded kitchen. Called and left a message and someone contacted me after hours. Came out the next business day. They were awesome from arrival until the job was done. Hard workers and didn't mind me around and explained everything. Gave me multiple options and fixed my clogged pipe. Showed me the issue as they found it. Can't recommend enough and military especially with honesty and fair prices.

I hired Fuse HVAC Repair to disconnect and then move my AC as part of a patio remodel. The technician, Chirill, was very professional, on time, and hard working. Price was stated up front and was very fair.

We were having issues with the flow between our septic tanks, so I called Prime Santa Clara plumbing service, scheduled an appointment for the next morning, and they arrived on time. lane got right to work and cleared the clog. He then went outside with a camera to inspect the pipe for any evidence of roots or other issues that could harm our septic system. He discovered a low area of the pipe where water was not moving, which could lead to another obstruction. As his crew replaced the pipe the next morning, our 27-year-old septic system was saved a future clog. Thank you for this service and the teams!

Great experience with a real professional outfit. Phil from The Plumbing Company came out and replaced my water heater in and out in 2 hours and disposed of all debris. Brought it completely up to code.

I called about a backed up sink issue. I explained my situation and that another company had been out but didn’t fully address the issue. He cut me off and said he couldn’t do anything after I brought up another company had been out. Poor service!

I called Pacific Coast Home Services in an emergency with my entire house including all bathrooms backed up. TJ was the foreman that was sent with Juan and Carlos. They were all very knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue as a main sewer break in the crawl space. They referred a restoration company and they came to clean up the mess the next morning. As soon as the are was clean, TJ came again with Juan and Carlos in the afternoon and worked into the early evening to replace an old cast iron section with ABS and installed a convenient clean out to avoid issues in the future. They had to make a lot of improvisations to make a good fit as the previous plumbers had cut some corners. They also stayed late to make sure everything was working properly and answered all my questions. It was clear that they wanted to do the job right and cared about me as their customer.
I did get some quotes tat were a little cheaper but I felt that this crew knew what they were doing and cared about the project and I am happy that I made the right choice. It was a terrible place to be without the ability to use any water at our house with 2 kids. But I am happy that Pacific Coast and TJ and his crew resolved the situation in less that 36 hours and I feel confident that aside from unforeseen circumstances I am in great place with the plumbing in the house.

Mario Came out to fix my sewer problem, after clearing it he offered to inspect the main line to determine what was the cause of the problem. He then showed me with his camera the condition of the pipe and oh boy was it in terrible condition. I had him replace my whole sewer line to fix the problem permanently. His team and him were really great and profesional, I have found my plumber honest and reliable!

My new furnace didn’t work normally since installed last year. Hired few licensed guys came over but no conclusion. My neighbor recommended Fuse. I called and asked to send their best guy to me, they did. Problems solved in 2 hours by pointing out and fixing few installations mistakes the previous contractor made. You can tell they really knew what they are doing. Price is reasonable too. Highly recommend their service!

Had ha bad back up in the plumbing from previous plumbers work. Tino from mission city plumbing came out and replaced the messed up pipes and now the flow is good to go. Great work, great price and saved us a lot of money. Thanks to tino from mission city plumbing.
