A guy from this company came to clean my house sewer pipe to the street section which belongs to the city of Cupertino. It should be cleaned every year since the tree roots grows into it. When I looked into the sewer pipe opening, I saw spider webs spanning across the diameters of the sewer pipe with tree leaves on it. It is normal since the pipe opening cover (with air holes) was not opened for a year and spiders like the safe place to live. The guy then pull down a buck of water into the sewer pipe, waited for 30 seconds, and then put the drain cover back. I said, wait, you need to clean the pipe using snake. He said, I already cleaned it. I then said, It is impossible since I saw spider webs with leaves in the the pipe. How do the spider webs insider the pipe survive the snake? He said, snake can go through the spider . Come on, this is a 4 inch wide pipe, a professional snake with a 3 inch steel blades should destroy anything on its way. The spider webs inside the openings should be completely gone if he really did his job. He then said, do you want me to clean it again? I will charge you the second time. What? He obviously did not do it in the first place, and now he want to charge me twice? What a cheating company! The thing is, this section of pipe belongs to city of Cupertino. This company wants to charge the city twice for one service job. City of Cupertino gets ripped of by this Abjdd plumbing company. I will report to the city and the city should find another reputable plumbing company for it's contract work. Period.

Thinks he owns the public street. He’ll yell at you tgat you can’t park where his work vans are parked.

Horrible customer service and sarcastic attitude! this place was a no show twice! They guy over the phone was rude and unprofessional.

I cannot say enough good things about this plumber service. The team was professional, efficient, and friendly. They did an excellent job fixing my plumbing issue and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Adam came 2h late to assess onsite job (sink replacement in kitchen + filtration water). Despite being late with no heads-up, he clearly explained what needed to be done. Said he will send a quote within a week. So far so good.
Then total ghosting: I called 3 times the office 2 weeks apart each time to follow up on the quote, sent him text messages. Even asked in my last call to let me know if Adam is not interested in pursuing this work. Well, still nothing.

I googled, called Legacy to install new takless water heater and wanted to get it done in a week. They promptyly sent out Jorge the very ext day. Jorge tunred out to be extremely knowleagable, was able to provide quote within hours, showed up next day with water heater and did extremely professional job. Reasonable price for a quality job, exceptional! Highly recommended!

First off, Frans picked up the phone as soon as I called, he quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone & FaceTime with me, and dispatched a repair technician right away.

Steve, the repair technician arrived in less than two hours from when I called (earlier than expected), with EVERYTHING needed to install the new heater, and to replace the associated valves / pipes etc.

Steve not only did an excellent job with the heater installation, but he was also professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions patiently.

As a bonus, our dog Blakey also got to play with Sam, Steve’s adorable puppy!

All in all, what could’ve been a very stressful day turned out to be a very pleasant service experience. Less than 4 hours from I initially called to when the repair was completed, amazing! Thanks guys, please keep up the great work!

TrenchFree replaced my sewer main and did a great job. They were easy to work with, and very responsive to questions I had along the way --they came out to give me the estimate within a day after I called them. Once I gave them the go ahead for the job, they completed it in a day as well. Everything went smoothly and they were friendly and communicative. They even cleaned the utility markings off the sidewalk a month later when I emailed them that the heavy rain hadn't washed the markings off. Sometimes it's the little things that make great customer service. Thanks guys!

Our gas water heater was leaking around Thanksgiving weekend. We tried to contact different plumbers but couldn't find anyone who was willing to work over the holiday. Everyone asked us to wait until next week. We were quite frustrated that we didn't have hot water for showering.
Thank god that we were able to find Tony. He was very professional. He asked for more photos and provided a good estimate. Despite the stormy weather, he came in to examine, consult and help us fix the problem. New water heater was installed beautifully.
He also explained how things work and how to take care of the newly installed water heater.
We appreciate his professionalism and highly recommend him to other people.

Dave did a great job fixing an underground leak on the main water line coming into our house. He dug, diagnosed, fixed and cleaned up all in the span of 2 days. And price was very reasonable.

My pipe burst, so I dialed this emergency plumber. Even though it was the middle of the night, they reacted very away and replaced my pipe within a few hours. I gave them five stars because it's rare to find a company like them these days.

I recently had some water damage to my apartment caused by an upstairs neighbor. My HOA uses AquaTek. They were called out twice. First, they were called out in response to a leak in the underground garage below my unit, which, after failing to gain entry to my apartment, was ascribed to an overflowing kitchen sink in my unit.

The HOA then sent me a bill for $324 based solely on their plumber's guess. If he'd gone upstairs to check with the upstairs neighbor and actually investigated the issue he was paid $300 to look into, the problem might have been discovered.

The HOA called them out again the following day when I discovered my apartment was soaking wet and so was the hallway. This time, I reported the leak was coming from above my unit and I was home. Nonetheless, their great investigation skills led them to believe my unit was leaking until I spoke with the plumber directly and he decided maybe the second floor might not be a bad place to go.

Even then, though, he didn't seem to do any further investigation. He went upstairs. He came back downstairs and misreported what had happened. I later got the correct report from my upstairs neighbor.

In any case, stay far, far away from these guys. Laziness, incompetence, and baseless guesses seems to be their MO.

Fantastic customer service, responsive, & trustworthy. We have called them for years for all sorts of plumbing questions & they not only fix things promptly when needed, but also advise how to do quick checks oneself to avoid unnecessary expensive plumbing repairs.
