Our bathroom sink was backing up and he came out and took care of it. Gave great recommendations on how to prevent future problems. Very knowledgeable, professional and clean service.

Our home main sewer line was blocked - again. Plumbers we used before were unavailable. Called Johnny and he quickly cleared the blockage. He also used a camera and found roots growing into the line that made blockages reoccur. He showed us the spot (using a located) where the roots were growing in. He explained our options (clearing only, HydroJet to remove roots, excavate and repair the line). He was patient (my wife facetimed me to show what was found and to discuss options), not pushy, and reasonably priced. My wife and I were very impressed.

Mike is our go-to plumber. He is the first one we call whenever we have a plumbing problem at our soup kitchen. He was the one who solved our flooding problem. Years ago, everytime we turn on the washer the kitchen would flood. Rotorooter came three times and the problem was not fixed. Mike discovered that our pipes were too narrow. He replaced some of the pipes and the problem went away.

SouthBay Plumbers Inc, was very helpful to my Grandmother. Her drain was clogged, we called them and was scheduled that day. They even called her earlier then their scheduled time. Tommy arrived with his assistant, Angel they both had a company shirt on, which these days you need to watch out. They found the problem, unclogged the drain. Also, showed her how to clean her garbage disposal for monthly cleaning. Thank you for your rooter service.

Vuong was honest and quick to replace a water heater tank.

We had Best Bay Plumbing do quite a bit of work:
* install a floor sink in our garage
* re-route water softener discharge & overflow lines to floor sink
* re-route heat pump water heater condensate & drain pain & pressure relief valve to floor sink
* re-route central HVAC air handler condensate drain line to floor sink
* install water heater on water heater stand above floor sink
* remove old drain lines and repair the kitchen sink drain line the above used to tie in to
* whole house drain pipe snaking to ensure no blockages
* camera inpsection before and after all work was done to ensure everything is in order

Russell was professional, timely, and coordinated the concrete work with my wife and I so we experienced minimal down time.

Shawn is extremely helpful in finding the right plumbing solution, turns up when he says he will, and executes work promptly and effectively: he did a bath tub faucet replacement including replacing hard pipe connections with flex hoses + shutoff valves, and I was very pleased with it. I called regarding water drain problem from my dishwasher and water back up coming from the air gap. I called in the morning and Ted’s plumbing was able to book a technician to come right away. Frank came right in time, very respectful and explained to me his assessment of the problem. He fixed the clogged drain and in an hour the work was done and the problem was fixed. I will definitely call Ted’s Plumbing again and request for Frank for other home plumbing issues!

Garbage disposal issue. I called and the next day Diego showed up on time and replaced it and had it up and running. With no problems. He was professional and nice. Considerate of my home. I would recommend.
