Taani was great. Arrived timely, diagnosed our issue right away, picked up the part for our water heater. installes it and we were back in business in no time. Really appreciated the support. It was the day before Thanksgiving, yikes! Would have been a tough holiday to pull off without hot water. Thanks Taani!

My water heater broke Friday night and I was kind of in a panic. After calling so many companies, I was able to get connected with Isaac. I explained the situation and he insured me that he would swing by my house to look at the water heater to make sure everything was safe for me until I can get a new one. Isaac was very nice and explained what needed to be done. I really appreciated his help so much on such short notice.
If I can give more than five stars, I would!!

I had an indoor drain pipe dilemma that needed remediation. They responded quickly to my request for service and provided a scheduled time for their technician to arrive. Josiah did a great job from start to finish; he explained what was needed, how long it would take, and provided tips to ensure the problem wouldn't reoccur. I have used Rotor-Rooter before; they continue to meet my expectations so I recommend them!

O’Grady was great. They came in, did a thorough job. The work has held up. Had to replace pipes under my sink & rather than mess w having my landlord do a slapdash job, I called them— got a reasonable quote and work is done. I’d recommend them.

The people that came out were so exceptionally nice. They were courteous and I felt like I was getting fantastic service. Our building is 114 years old and I wasn’t surprised that we would have some problems. I felt that they were very trustworthy and that they went out of their way to do a good job.

Had them come look at a water stain on my ceiling that I wasn't sure where it was coming from. They were punctual, did a good amount of due diligence around inspecting the leak and water testing, and ultimately we determined it was an old water stain and the source had been remedied.

My business had a simple broken mixer, we reached out to Roto-Rooter on Monday and had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday 8am-12pm.

1. They no-call, no-showed first appointment
2. We called and they said they would be in that afternoon.
3. They then rescheduled to the following morning Wednesday 8am-12pm
4. They no-call, no-showed third appointment
5. I called and said Hi, if you're unable to make it I can totally find another plumber. they said No, someone will be in before 5pm today
6. They no-call, no-showed FOURTH APPOINTMENT
7. When we called them for a final time, they said they couldn't arrange anyone until SATURDAY... and that it was outside of their control.

So, essentially they strung us along with an unfixed issue for 4 days when we could have easily reached out to another provider. Then sent a text saying it was it couldn't be helped due to staffing issues beyond our control

RIDICULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, DON'T USE.

The Plumber Mr Breyman is very respectful and did an excellent job . Wow how knowledgeable he is and show me the importance of checking my water pressure and needed cleaning or checking my water heater . I think he can be an asset to your company . Thank you very much in taking care of my problems . DO APPRECIATE IT
