They came to address a pipe clog with an upstairs unit and needed access through my place to reach it. They were very respectful and careful while working in my unit and it is apparent that they have pride in their work. Daniel showed up on time 9 a.m. Thursday, cleared out the tree roots that seem to be the cause of the clogged garage to street drain, and tested it afterward. The entire job was done in under an hour. Very professional. The job was done with 60 day service warranty (one service recall). My wife was very happy with the job performance.
The cost is high in my opinion at $365/hour. Daniel did tell my wife about the cost/hour upfront and the wife did agree to it. I am open to any correction on my perception on cost since I do not know current typical average rate. My prior data points were that these kind of jobs should be in the $100-150 range, and I am willing to pay up to $200.

Edgar was amazing! I had a blocked pipe in my bathroom. He fixed it efficiently, cleaned the mess in the sink and under the cabinet, and gave me tips on how to keep my drain clean:) will definitely use Discount Plumbing again. Gracias Edgar!
