Javier C was my plumber technician for this sewer repair. He is so professional! He made sure we understood what the problem might be before setting to work. Rooter Plumbing- Great service and prompt timing. I had a very minor problem with my toilet, but they were here within a half an hour and finished in fifteen minutes. Took care of the problem quickly, and even gave tips/information on avoid those issues for the future. Five stars for customer service alone!

We called Isaac due to a tub/shower faucet that would not shut off! This is in a condo, on a late Friday night. After calling several plumbers who could not come, we arranged for Isaac to come first thing Sunday morning. We were impressed with him on the phone, and he really came through! He was a great communicator, came prepared with all of the necessary parts and tools to cut open our tiled shower wall, cut out the old valves, and install a new control valve. He was diligent, careful, thorough, respectful, neat, and cleaned up everything when finished. I will certainly call him again with any other plumbing issues. Very reliable and professional.

I had a vexing problem in my condo that I mistakenly thought was a plumbing leak. The plumber who came to inspect my situation was very methodical and professional. He was able to rule out a leak and instead identified the actual problem. Very well worth the minimum service fee of $125 for the piece of mind it gave me and the clear plan of action to deal with my situation.

I had attempted to clean the mixing chamber of my shower on my own, but got in over my head and had to call in a professional to put it back together. David arrived punctually and on short notice. I was quoted $600 for a 45 min job, which seems high but I really just needed to have it done and didn't want to bring other plumbers in for quotes during a pandemic. When David was finished the faucet handle was put back in place and functional, but no longer produces hot water. It gets luke warm at best. I asked him about it and he mumbled something about how the water heater must be getting old because what he did should have no affect on the temperature. I find this suspicious because I've never had an issue with the water temperature here, and up until that morning the tub/shower could produce nearly scalding water at the top of the temperature range. Now it barely gets warm, and is producing water that is much cooler than all the other fixtures in the house. David was on time and polite but I feel I paid a lot of money (and perhaps was overcharged?) for diminished function and unsatisfactory results.

Friendly, fast and effective. I've got a pretty old stove fireplace (~20yrs) that had been working decently well up until a month ago. The pilot become unreliable. The guys who came out were quick to understand the problem, gave me an immediate estimate and got to work. Within a couple hours they had the stove up and running smoothly again.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone in SF/bay area who is having trouble with an old fireplace or which just needs maintenance.

With the storm drains my sump pump wasn't prepared to handle the amount of water that coming. Ace got my frantic call and scheduled a plumber same day. I was amazed at the how fast they worked and also cleaned out my nearby drain for free!

Mike M. was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable to find the source of the leak. He did a great job in finding the source of the leak on the first call. He explained the problem and options for replacement. If he could find a replacement pipe that could fit with the current pipes or if not, then we had to replace the whole T pipe set. Fortunately, he was able to find a pipe to fit and he came back to replace it later. Overall, the problem was detected and fixed quickly. Very happy with the results.
