I had used Ace Plumbing inspection the day right after thanksgiving. They arrived on time, professional and explained when the inspection entails. After the inspection he explained where the sewer lateral is having issues and if the sewer lateral is being replace he proposed a location and removal a tree and bushes so the roots will not effect the installation and future issues.

Wow! Edgar J. helped me with my toilet issue and he was professional and thorough about everything. Came right in time and pricing was decent and reasonable. I highly recommend!

I don’t usually write reviews but my experience was so pleasant i felt inclined to share. Willy came out to address multiple back ups from my laundry and kitchen lines. He was very knowledgeable in his work & introduced himself in a profesional and friendly manner. He was very patient while answering my many questions of which I highly appreciated! Willy did a hydro jetting on the lines & successfully cleared both lines in a timely manner. I have not had any issues since! I am so thankful to Willy and this company for the service I received! I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

We found Discount Plumbing through all of the fantastic BBB and we could be more pleased than with the support, They earned my highest recommendation and I mean earned it!

They came in under an hour to help clear a clogged drain. Mike was professional and have advice for both how to about the problem in the future and how a couple troubleshoot and fix some stuff myself.

Mo is amazing! Came by quickly and repaired my dishwasher. He figured out what was wrong and fixed it in 10mins. Definitely gonna give him a call again.

Jason (owner) is a great person to work with. I called about 10 plumbing company’s on a Saturday and he was the first to call me back. He came over and helped me out right away. Jason is a true knowledgeable professional to work with. I had a complicated issue at my house and he was dedicated to seeing me through the end and making sure I always understood what was going with the plumbing. As a contractor myself I could not recommend him more to work with. His right hand man Frank has good plumbing jokes too!

Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.

It doesn't get better than this. Based on Yelp! reviews, I called Alansi's at 2pm with a clogged toilet and two others acting up. Since we are going to have company over for Christmas dinner in a few days, this could be a disaster. The woman on the phone was very friendly and efficient. They were able to send their guy over within the hour! He was done by 4pm, showing me what he did and explaining what he thought the problems were. He was very professional (took off his shoes at the door), knowledgeable and fast. The cost was very reasonable since they service 3 toilets. These are our new go-to plumbers for sure.
