Excellent customer service. Jon V. explained what needed to done regarding my stall shower and toilet and proceeded. Jon is a very professional technician as was his helper. All repairs were done to my satisfaction and the gentlemen wiped down.

I contacted Mr Rooter on Tuesday via a phone call. I was scheduled to have a service call the very next morning. The service man arrived on time and was very professional. He greeted me and asked me what was the nature of my call. I informed him that I had a drain blockage in my kitchen sink. We proceeded into the kitchen to verify the problem. He inquired if there was a problem with the drainage in any other locations in the house.
He inquired if there was leaking under the sink, then step by step worked his way until the problem was resolved. I am very pleased with the service I received and the cost. He even suggested things to do to help prevent future blockage. Job well done 👍🏾

This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

I highly recommend James & James plumbing for all plumbing needs. Having had a recent bathroom renovation, I experienced only the highest quality work and dedication. Start to finish, the experience was exceptional!

The O'Grady team was super helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. Office folks were on top of scheduling etc, and onsite crew turned up when they said they would and got the job done as promised. (And for the 2 nights when the pipes were uncovered, they left the earth in the tidiest pile of dirt I've ever seen.) We've used them for several smaller jobs before but the big one went super smoothly.

Super quick and friendly, a little pricey but I am fine with that for plumbing issues since so much can go wrong.

Called to book an appt to look at my gas fireplace, and I asked if there was a call out fee. I was told there is no call out fee and I would be given an estimate for any works on site by the engineer, and nothing will be charged unless i decide to proceed with the works.
Sounded good to me.
When the engineer came he said he would not look at anything or turn on my fireplace, unless i agreed to pay the $188 diagnostic fee. This fee was to turn on the fireplace and watch the flame. No detailed diagnostic work was done.
Whilst there is no call out fee, be prepared to pay a diagnostic fee on arrival.
The engineer was fine, knowledgeable and friendly, but just feel their approach to fees are misleading for the customer. Just for others to take note.

Driver cut off someone and almost caused a crash

I had a pipe bust under my kitchen sink needed a plumber ASAP. Discount plumbing came out, LB was my technician and on time. He was very respectful and professional. I received amazing customer service, he walked me through the process and he was able to fix my angle stops under the sink. I was so comfortable with the service I received, that I even went ahead and had my kitchen faucet replaced. LB did an amazing job he even told me the cost before he started the job.This was my FIRST time using Discount Plumbing and I will continue to use them in the future even refer my technician LB to friends and family.
