I have had a recurring issue with my toilet that had become a real embarrassment when I had guests over. Other companies have given me estimates to fix it / replace it, but it was just too pricey. When I finally called O'Grady plumbing they informed me it didn't have to cost me an arm and a leg. I was sold on a low flow toilet that will actually save me money in the long run. Plus the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous, which goes a long way with me

They were quick to respond on a Sunday emergency need. Alex was friendly and straight to the point in helping us try to solve a kitchen sink leak. The two service techs Gustavo and Evelio were true professionals. They honed in on the issue of our water pressure and trouble shot it immediately. Cleaned out the pipes and perfectly installed our new faucet. We had hot water with great pressure in no time. The time before this, Gustavo came out with Mike and he was also great. Knowledgeable and super friendly. My 2 yr old son loved him. All of the guys were respectful and clearly knew what they were doing. Great plumbers that get the customer service aspect.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

Our gutter downspouts & the drainfields for each were very clogged with years of tree needles etc. We tried diligently to clean & hose them out ,usually in a rain storm with water running on our patios & decks. Plumbers really had no options & then we called Roto- Rooter. Farid arrived timly, explained the process & his specialized equipment , took downspouts off ,cleaned them, jet sprayed the drainfields ,put all back together & fully cleaned up the mess. I recommend Farid & this service with my highest recommendation & we are already advising friends & real estate agents that we work with, of the service, as I'm sure it is a common problem in the northwest. Farid was courteous , polite, prompt & professional. Finally, the costs for the job were very reasonable given the result of solving the hassle of dealing with the issue. The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00).
He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO).
I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me.
DO NOT USE this company.
