Denver not only came out early, he was amazingly friendly and professional. The plumbing under the kitchen sink was just destroyed and he not only helped us get rid of the garbage disposal but he replaced everything in under an hour. He worked quietly, cleaned up afterwards and left no mess behind . He was respectful of our household. It was a pricey maintenance service but absolutely necessary

Adam Goldman of Magic Plumbing was on time, efficient, professional. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with my 1950s era (“antique”) shower for a reasonable charge. The first plumber I called wasn’t available. The second plumber said it couldn’t be repaired and would have to be replaced for big $$. Thank you Adam and Magic Plumbing!

I was very, very grateful they came out for a same day appointment for a shower valve replacement. Water was running non stop all of a sudden, and the faucet would not turn off. Larry was very helpful in guiding me through whether a building water shutoff was needed and how to find out the kind of part needed.
Carmen was helpful in explaining how billing would work and when I had questions about the tech tracker status and tech arrival. Mario was extremely skilled as he was able to remove the escutcheon that was stubbornly rusted to the wall. He accomplished the replacement in under an hour which minimized the negative impact of the duration of water shutoff and hot water unavailability for 100+ units in my complex. I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

Daniel showed up on time 9 a.m. Thursday, cleared out the tree roots that seem to be the cause of the clogged garage to street drain, and tested it afterward. The entire job was done in under an hour. Very professional. The job was done with 60 day service warranty (one service recall). My wife was very happy with the job performance.
The cost is high in my opinion at $365/hour. Daniel did tell my wife about the cost/hour upfront and the wife did agree to it. I am open to any correction on my perception on cost since I do not know current typical average rate. My prior data points were that these kind of jobs should be in the $100-150 range, and I am willing to pay up to $200.

The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00).
He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO).
I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me.
DO NOT USE this company.
