Ace does great work. They answer the phone (!) so appointment set up is easy. We had a few problems and Scottie solved them and gave us great advice on other issues with our 114 year old building. The price was more than fair and he did not try to up sell us (a well known company wanted to charge us $360 for a 20 minute snake job that it turns out we didn't even need). I greatly appreciate their expertise and honesty. I wish there was more of that around.

Flow Masters installed a high-efficiency combi-boiler to serve both hydronic heating and domestic hot water, neatly done to replace older equipment. One-year service just performed as recommended. I highly recommend Flow Masters as hydronic specialists.

Because of the way our building’s water supply is set up it wasn’t an easy task, but Bob was up to it and going forward we don’t have to worry about the building’s supply issue. Get the price quotes in writing BEFORE service is started. They replaced my garbage disposal and toilet fill valve. I asked for a quote and he said $200+ for parts. I asked for a TOTAL cost of parts and labor and he quoted me $500+. I said great, let’s do it. Total time took 45 minutes and he presented me with a bill for $757.50. You can see the attached invoice that he charged me $515.00 for the service. WHAT??? Literally less than an hour of “service” time and more than twice the cost of parts?? I’ve called twice to speak to someone but they don’t block time to return calls so the person on the phone doesn’t know when someone will get back to me.
