Tech came for a Kitchen sink plug and repair. He was clear, concise and polite. I just paid for estimate. The two quotes I received for the work were unreasonably expensive. Will try to find a more affordable option.

The O'Grady team was super helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. Office folks were on top of scheduling etc, and onsite crew turned up when they said they would and got the job done as promised. (And for the 2 nights when the pipes were uncovered, they left the earth in the tidiest pile of dirt I've ever seen.) We've used them for several smaller jobs before but the big one went super smoothly.

They were great. I had a plumbing incident happen all of the sudden, they came out same day and fixed it. I can't really complain!

Had a pipe leak in my bedroom ceiling. Called Ace and they were super responsive in providing a free estimate. They explained what they would need to do to repair and followed up in writing with a statement of work and cost estimate. We elected to go with them based on their clear explanation and professionalism. They were able to return the following week and fixed the job in one day. They were friendly, organized and professional. Fair priced and a plumber I would call again.

Our gutter downspouts & the drainfields for each were very clogged with years of tree needles etc. We tried diligently to clean & hose them out ,usually in a rain storm with water running on our patios & decks. Plumbers really had no options & then we called Roto- Rooter. Farid arrived timly, explained the process & his specialized equipment , took downspouts off ,cleaned them, jet sprayed the drainfields ,put all back together & fully cleaned up the mess. I recommend Farid & this service with my highest recommendation & we are already advising friends & real estate agents that we work with, of the service, as I'm sure it is a common problem in the northwest. Farid was courteous , polite, prompt & professional. Finally, the costs for the job were very reasonable given the result of solving the hassle of dealing with the issue. These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

You can count on Yevgeny, he goes above and beyond to help his customers! Yevgeny helped me when the water heater for my tenants went out. Although he did not install the water heater, originally, he patiently explained my options. He squeezed time into his busy schedule to replace a faulty gas value and got the hot water working again. I will definitely call Yevgeny again for my plumbing needs!

I’ve been using AB Plumbing for few years and they’ve done a fantastic job every time specially on the time sensitive matters. They are very professional and offer great quality service. I certainly suggest them if you are looking for a good plumber.

I had to call an emergency plumber around 9pm. Both toilets and bath tubs were clogged. Daniel was nice and it only took him less then 35 minutes to fix. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I just posted a photo of the new toilet Ace installed. Our house has had Ace out numerous times to resolve various issues relating to our building's age (1880's) and the shoddy DIY work of previous owners. These guys have always been nice. Upfront, accurate estimates before work begins. In this particular bathroom Ace advised us we could either keep fighting the issue or simply replace the toilet. They let me select, from the variety at the big box hardware store, for whichever toilet would meet my needs (and fit). Dude! I so wish we'd done this long ago. It looks so sweet and the flush so reliable without threatening to overflow.

Of the plumbers we got quotes from, the were not only reasonably priced, but prompt, responsive, and clear in explaining the rationale between the work they do and don't recommend. Several other plumbers recommended more drastic work, but they respectfully disagreed and told us why. I respect that honesty and professionalism and would recommend them.
