Mario came out within 30 min from calling. I needed hydro jetting done and everything went great! Everyone I talked to was so nice.. customer service was excellent. They were cheaper than other quotes I had that were $1500-$1700, which was way too much for a mobile home. I couldn’t be happier with their service and will use them again in the future.. thank you soooo much Mario!!

The scheduling went very smoothly, the plumber arrived on time and i was notified once he was on his way. When he got here he put on slippers and laid out mats to keep the bathroom clean as he cleared my drain. Best of all he did just the work I needed rather than a more extensive job saving me money.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I found Genteel Plumbers via a Yelp inquiry to fix a clogged kitchen sink drain. They were the first to respond and I was able to schedule an appointment window within 2hrs. from the call. It ended up needing much more than a hand snake to clear up. Graham and his partner were very professional. The work involved use of a hydrojet to clear grease from the kitchen drain line and the outlet was in the garage. I was concerned for the aftermath but they hosed down the garage completely and put everything back in its place, including what was removed from under the kitchen sink. Price was competitive to the other estimates I received via the Yelp inquiry. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
