They explained what they would need to do to repair and followed up in writing with a statement of work and cost estimate. We elected to go with them based on their clear explanation and professionalism. They were able to return the following week and fixed the job in one day. These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

Called in the am , problem was fixed before 4pm. Rafael is the one that came out to help with a main line clog and he was very nice and helpful would definitely call on Roto Rooter again If I come across any other plumbing problems. Took less than an hour to fix & Rafael made sure it was fixed ! Very reasonable pricing as well
