Kevin, the technician, went above and beyond after several tries and two tools he cleared a stubborn clog and adhered to the initial estimate. I would use this company again.

Tech came for a Kitchen sink plug and repair. He was clear, concise and polite. I just paid for estimate. The two quotes I received for the work were unreasonably expensive. Will try to find a more affordable option.

Outstanding! I cannot recommend Jim Murray and Mr Rooter more highly for anyone looking to upgrade their hot water system. I imagine that no matter what my plumbing needs, I would not be disappointed if Jim were performing the work. Thanks Jim.

Had them come look at a water stain on my ceiling that I wasn't sure where it was coming from. They were punctual, did a good amount of due diligence around inspecting the leak and water testing, and ultimately we determined it was an old water stain and the source had been remedied.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

They came on time.

We had a major clog in an old drain and called this place. They conveniently scheduled the visit around our work schedule and Robert showed up just on time. We weren’t expecting the problem to be fixed on the spot but he quickly assessed the situation and diagnosed the problem and unloaded his equipment and took care of it for us. Our drain is working immediately and we can use our water. We were his last call of a long, rainy day and were super impressed by his friendly demeanor and willingness to help. Would definitely recommend this service!

Alberto was well knowledgeable in his work and estimated the time to complete my project perfectly. He also discovered a leak and was able to order the replacement parts and return the next day to solve the leak. I’m so happy Flowmaster is around to alleviate all my plumbing worries.
