The project was in 2015, but it was a BIG project to deal with water intrusion into our house. I can never thank O'Grady plumbing enough for all they did. Their work has held up and (please knock on wood) we haven't had a drop of water come into the house since. Work that has truly stood the test of time!

Mike repaired my gas fireplace and did an amazing job. He went above a beyond and did it all very quicjly.

Have used Ace Plumbing in my SF Soma District commercial building for over a decade. Very responsive, fair priced service. Working with Ace eases my job of building management.

Get the price quotes in writing BEFORE service is started. They replaced my garbage disposal and toilet fill valve. I asked for a quote and he said $200+ for parts. I asked for a TOTAL cost of parts and labor and he quoted me $500+. I said great, let’s do it. Total time took 45 minutes and he presented me with a bill for $757.50. You can see the attached invoice that he charged me $515.00 for the service. WHAT??? Literally less than an hour of “service” time and more than twice the cost of parts?? I’ve called twice to speak to someone but they don’t block time to return calls so the person on the phone doesn’t know when someone will get back to me.

Called Discount Plumbing for my parents because they were having trouble with a leaky faucet at home. Fred was sent to our home and we showed him the leaky faucet. He immediately got to work. There was one part that needed to be fixed, and he showed my parents how to. Overall the leaky faucet was fixed and my parents were satisfied. The price wasn't bad at all either. Discount Plumbing is definitely a recommendation whether it be for a leaky faucet or something bigger.
