I've been working with O'Grady's for our building's plumbing needs for many years and the quality they deliver has remained stellar. When I called to ask for some help with a dying water heater as well as two others I thought might be faulty, Jonathan said he could have a plumber come out within the hour. What? So fast!

Jake came on time as promised and confirmed that the 12 year old heater had to be replaced. But after poking around the other two heaters assessed there was no problem with those and set them right again.

He headed out to purchase a new water heater and made it so easy for me. I really appreciate how smart and resourceful he was.

Tyler has been to my home a number of times. With every visit he delivers great service and offers suggestions on how to save money. I highly recommend Tyler and the company he works for.

They do a great job! Kenner arrived right on time, and unclogged my toilet in a matter of minutes. I had tried everything prior, but to no avail. Kenner was able to do it efficiently and quickly, while being highly professional and with good cheer. I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

2nd review: I needed to use their services a second time, and Jim actually arrived early. He did a great job unclogging my toilet, and also with good cheer. Not only are they great plumbers at Ace, the customer service is outstanding.

My business had a simple broken mixer, we reached out to Roto-Rooter on Monday and had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday 8am-12pm.

1. They no-call, no-showed first appointment
2. We called and they said they would be in that afternoon.
3. They then rescheduled to the following morning Wednesday 8am-12pm
4. They no-call, no-showed third appointment
5. I called and said Hi, if you're unable to make it I can totally find another plumber. they said No, someone will be in before 5pm today
6. They no-call, no-showed FOURTH APPOINTMENT
7. When we called them for a final time, they said they couldn't arrange anyone until SATURDAY... and that it was outside of their control.

So, essentially they strung us along with an unfixed issue for 4 days when we could have easily reached out to another provider. Then sent a text saying it was it couldn't be helped due to staffing issues beyond our control

RIDICULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, DON'T USE.

Fred came out and fixed the clog right away. He stayed around to explain a few other potential issues and helped form a plan for future fixes. He took his time and made sure I was fully satisfied before he collected payment.
