Mario and Lazaro replaced the water heater and fixed clogged drain in bathroom drains. I think their price may be a little higher, but they do provide high quality work and transparency. They spelled out the options and pros and cons of each. And then did the work well. They were courteous and no surprises. Also, to find the clogged drain, they had to do the snaking a few times and found the blocked pipe. They worked hard to find it and replace it. Thanks.

We had a clogged toilet that all the plunging in the world wouldn’t fix it. We called Mr. Rooter and they came within 3 hours very timely and professional. We had Enrique C help us, and he was transparent with pricing and options and got our toilet working in no time. He even told us the root of what might causing all our clogs in the first place! It was Sunday when I called and I was worried that no one would be available to replace my aging and leaking water heater. Then when I called, in less that 5 minutes they were able to locate someone who can do it who was nearby. Service was very stimulating with useful information on what are my options and the job was done in no time. I would highly recommend them to my network of friends who are homeowners.

Called in the am , problem was fixed before 4pm. Rafael is the one that came out to help with a main line clog and he was very nice and helpful would definitely call on Roto Rooter again If I come across any other plumbing problems. Took less than an hour to fix & Rafael made sure it was fixed ! Very reasonable pricing as well
