I have had a recurring issue with my toilet that had become a real embarrassment when I had guests over. Other companies have given me estimates to fix it / replace it, but it was just too pricey. When I finally called O'Grady plumbing they informed me it didn't have to cost me an arm and a leg. I was sold on a low flow toilet that will actually save me money in the long run. Plus the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous, which goes a long way with me

Plumber did an excellent job on several projects I had.

My business had a simple broken mixer, we reached out to Roto-Rooter on Monday and had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday 8am-12pm.

1. They no-call, no-showed first appointment
2. We called and they said they would be in that afternoon.
3. They then rescheduled to the following morning Wednesday 8am-12pm
4. They no-call, no-showed third appointment
5. I called and said Hi, if you're unable to make it I can totally find another plumber. they said No, someone will be in before 5pm today
6. They no-call, no-showed FOURTH APPOINTMENT
7. When we called them for a final time, they said they couldn't arrange anyone until SATURDAY... and that it was outside of their control.

So, essentially they strung us along with an unfixed issue for 4 days when we could have easily reached out to another provider. Then sent a text saying it was it couldn't be helped due to staffing issues beyond our control

Amazing!! Discount plumbing came to my house, assessed the problem, fixed it quickly, and I wasn't broke after!They also explained everything to me during the process, which I loved! I don't like it when workers come and just do the work without explaining anything. They even showed and explained how the pipes work, how the washer is connected to the kitchen sink and everything else in my home.These guys are friendly, efficient and I highly recommend them to my neighbors!
