Carlos was an incredibly helpful and professional repairman. He showed up not only on-time, but early(!!), which is fairly uncommon with service repair appointments. He presented me with options for garbage disposal replacement sizes and was really helpful as I relayed information about parts, costs and warranties to my landlord. All new HVAC duct work installed 5/21. Ducts have repeatedly fallen off registers. After several service calls problem not solved and continues to happen. And it’s cold out!

I was very, very grateful they came out for a same day appointment for a shower valve replacement. Water was running non stop all of a sudden, and the faucet would not turn off. Larry was very helpful in guiding me through whether a building water shutoff was needed and how to find out the kind of part needed.
Carmen was helpful in explaining how billing would work and when I had questions about the tech tracker status and tech arrival. Mario was extremely skilled as he was able to remove the escutcheon that was stubbornly rusted to the wall. He accomplished the replacement in under an hour which minimized the negative impact of the duration of water shutoff and hot water unavailability for 100+ units in my complex. He also explained the testing done afterwards. Thank you!!!

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again
