We had been up all night because our gas fireplace insert receiver had blown several batteries and we were worried about what was going on with it since it involved a gas line and the pilot hadn't been lighting before that had happened. Tyler explained what he could do to help and gave me all the prices of the parts and labor so I could decide how I wanted to proceed. Once he started work he explained exactly what problems he was finding and showed me what he was doing along the way. When he finished the fireplace worked beautifully and he even showed me some tips about working with it that I had never known. I would highly recommend Tyler.
