Had a huge water bill so I called to have leak detection service. They were fast and courteous. Didn’t find a cause showed me confirmation that nothing was leaking. They were very professional

Worked hard, knew what needed to be done and got the water heater booster under kitchen sink replaced and added drainage hose for pressure emergencies. Friendly and professional!

My Sewer was clogged up with roots, Mo and Juan Showed up within an hour and were able to deal with it within an hour they were great.

My kitchen sink had been draining slowly and then not draining at all. I thought my garbage disposal needed to be replace. I wasn’t sure what the problem was but was expecting the worse. I called Ace Plumbing and they were able to get someone out same day. Turned out that the problem was due to a p-trap under the sink that needed to be cleaned out. It’s was a simple fix!!
Everything is back to normal!! I’ve had to call Ace Plumbing a couple times this year and they have never disappointed. I’ve had different plumbers from their company come out to my home and each time and each time received the same great service. They are professional and take care of what needs to be done to fix the problem at hand. They communicate and explain what they are going to do before they start to work and upfront with the cost of the service. Can’t ask for anymore than that. They are my go to plumber!!!

Drain issues in warehouse. These guys are on time and communicative. Sadly, a much bigger job than expected but will likely book it. I trust them to do a great job!

Our gutter downspouts & the drainfields for each were very clogged with years of tree needles etc. We tried diligently to clean & hose them out ,usually in a rain storm with water running on our patios & decks. Plumbers really had no options & then we called Roto- Rooter. Farid arrived timly, explained the process & his specialized equipment , took downspouts off ,cleaned them, jet sprayed the drainfields ,put all back together & fully cleaned up the mess. I recommend Farid & this service with my highest recommendation & we are already advising friends & real estate agents that we work with, of the service, as I'm sure it is a common problem in the northwest. Farid was courteous , polite, prompt & professional. Finally, the costs for the job were very reasonable given the result of solving the hassle of dealing with the issue. After trying to fix my toilet unsuccessfully, I had to call In the professionals. German and his coworker from R and L plumbing arrived quickly and found out the problem with the leaking toilet right away. They repaired the toilet and left the area very clean. I will definitely use them in the future if needed. Five stars!

I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

We found Discount Plumbing through all of the fantastic BBB and we could be more pleased than with the support, They earned my highest recommendation and I mean earned it!

These guys are great. I called them late at night after several failed attempts to get a hold of other 24 hour companies and was able to get a friendly lady on the phone right away. They sent a tech over and did not up-charge due to late hour. They even offered to bill my landlord as long as I signed for invoice. Easy and smooth service all around. Highly recommended!

I just posted a photo of the new toilet Ace installed. Our house has had Ace out numerous times to resolve various issues relating to our building's age (1880's) and the shoddy DIY work of previous owners. These guys have always been nice. Upfront, accurate estimates before work begins. In this particular bathroom Ace advised us we could either keep fighting the issue or simply replace the toilet. They let me select, from the variety at the big box hardware store, for whichever toilet would meet my needs (and fit). Dude! I so wish we'd done this long ago. It looks so sweet and the flush so reliable without threatening to overflow.
