I had the pleasure of hiring James Plumbing for a plumbing issue, and I can confidently say that their service was exceptional. This was terrible experience. Will not use again. I do not recommend. The technician came timely which is why the one star.

But he went to wrong house; then he gave me a random estimate to unclog drain with 1 second visual look at an empty tub with no explanation of what he was doing; then he came out to collect the fee saying there was no hair balls but the tenant had given him a diverter to replace (saying it had been broken before) and he replaced it which make the tub drain normal.

When I went into the bathroom to inspect, the pipe was full open and exposed with the new unfitting diverter too long for the fixtures. All he repeatedly said was that's not my fault; the diverter thing is not my job that he is a drain guy. I will now have to call a real plumber to fix this.

Overall the final output for a medium to large project was good and the price was fair. However, there were communication issues. After I decided to use ACE and called to secure their services, I would not receive a call back. After the third attempt, I finally had to call the office supervisor and then my call was returned. In addition, during the project I had a couple of questions and had to call the office to get a response because my direct calls were not being responded to. My most annoying experience was when I called the office and was placed on hold without someone even saying Hello or Could you hold please? and then I was hung up on. Although the non-responsiveness seemed like a turn off and was very annoying, I did my due diligence beforehand with my neighbors (ACE trucks parked in front of their house or ACE work signs in front of their house) and concluded for a project that size, I preferred to have the job done right as my number one priority which was why I picked ACE in the first place.

Very knowledgeable company! We have a water source heating system which was in-op. None of the other plumbers seem to be familiar with or know how to work on this system. Flow Masters was amazing! Highly recommended 🤩

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

These guys fixed a really terrible tub drain clog and also went out of their way to fix and replace our sink sprayer. Fast, effective, and I would recommend.

Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.
