Javier C was my plumber technician for this sewer repair. He is so professional! He made sure we understood what the problem might be before setting to work. It did turn out to be my tree roots blocking the sewer pipe. He cleaned it out and explained the process afterwards. He was such a great pleasure to work with. Thank you, Javier and Works Plumbing!

excellent service but you pay a premium for the privilege. they charge by the job not the hour, so they are definitely more expensive. but very responsive and professional.

Tyler came out and checked for a leak in the wall that was obvious. The leak was coming from the Fire Sprinkler system and was leaking from the unit above. He is not licensed to work on the system so he gave me the contact info of Company who could. Problem solved, Thank you Tyler and Ace Plumbing.

Perhaps the best plumbing company I've ever used, from the first phone call I made (at 7:30 am!), to the serviceman's on-time arrival and his rapid completion of the task. He even provided a mini-tutorial while under the sink showing his activities along the way to part replacement. We will certainly use Advanced whenever anything else becomes a problem. Alex Fernandez certainly deserves the 5.0-star rating he had even before we added ours.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

These guys fixed a really terrible tub drain clog and also went out of their way to fix and replace our sink sprayer. Fast, effective, and I would recommend.

I just posted a photo of the new toilet Ace installed. Our house has had Ace out numerous times to resolve various issues relating to our building's age (1880's) and the shoddy DIY work of previous owners. These guys have always been nice. Upfront, accurate estimates before work begins. In this particular bathroom Ace advised us we could either keep fighting the issue or simply replace the toilet. They let me select, from the variety at the big box hardware store, for whichever toilet would meet my needs (and fit). Dude! I so wish we'd done this long ago. It looks so sweet and the flush so reliable without threatening to overflow.
